Hi Joe, I thought I'd offer a suggestion. I've found that red styrene likes to bleed through paint. Shooting a primer coat of flat black prevents this. Good luck with your build. It's looking pretty clean.

I'm a big fan of the older Dremel Mini-Mite. You can still find 'em new repurposed for cleaning golf clubs and dog grooming.. 15 bucks and they are perfect for plastic work.
I still have a couple bought in the late 80's, and even the Ni-Cad batteries still hold a charge.
When I was growing up, jigsaw puzzles, card games, and my first half-dozen models were all done with Mom weekday evenings. I have very fond memories of that.
Sally Beauty Supply is in a lot of cities in the US. I get the best sanding sticks and use them wet most often. The paper-backed emery boards are no bueno as they melt in water. Sally's prices are much less than Squadron or Flex-I-File, too.
Boy, is there ever room for someone to offer quality waterslide decals for these doobies (This and the Expedition cop car come to mind..)
Good to see there's enough parts there to keep Mom or Dad at the kitchen table with the kid for an evening together. It's "complex" enough to not fall together in ten minutes.
