  2. It's called aging, all people who have the luxury of growing older suffer from it, some do better than others! Too many beautiful actresses feel pressured to retain that youthful look and unfortunately the results vary.
  3. Saw them in concert mid-80's as their farewell tour, great show, love the music.
  4. I have gone back and forth over whether or not to place an order. I have wanted their Shasta travel trailer and one of the Dodge pickups, but have to think long and hard before I drop $180 on two resin kits. Not that they aren't worth it, but $180 isn't as easy to come by for me as it was in the past. Besides, I have about 9 or 10 resin kits already that have to be built and adding to the pile is not smart. I will check and see if there is any additional resin pieces I may want that would be more reasonable for my budget. I am glad to say I have been a customer of Don and Carol for nearly 20 years and wish them well in their much deserved and well earned retirement.
  5. This one is driving me nuts! I know I should know it but am drawing a blank!
  6. Nice work as always and great job stretching the bed and cab. A quick question though......Have you ever built a 4wd model at STOCK height? LOL !
  7. I don't recall seeing that Gerry, and I would be all over it if I had. I know there are some differences between the 67 and 68-72 years, but I was under the impression that the old AMT/MPC kit could be modified to work?
  8. Likewise Tom! Always enjoy this show and the wife likes the fact that we come home with fewer models and more money!
  9. I could be wrong, but I think it is the same thing Harry. I'll check a couple of my automotive forums and let you know.
  10. Gregg has addressed the problems with the magazine with a post in the General section.
  11. Morgan Brittany
  12. Sorry to hear the sad news, be there for them and by all means tell the doctor about your mother. I lost both of my parents within 21 months of each other and like you, my Mom was busy trying to take care of my Dad and didn't admit when she was not well.
  13. If I remember correctly, the E85 gasoline/ethanol blend is usually cheaper, but the gas mileage is lower, so whatever cost savings on the fill up you realize is spent on reduced fuel economy. I would check with a Mustang forum or a local Ford dealer and see what they have to say. The selling points of using E85 are helping with smog emissions, subsidizing farmers with their corn crops, and using less oil to make a gallon of gas.
  14. If you don't trade for one with JT, that trailer kit will be available next month from Tower Hobbies.
  15. Matt! I had forgotten about sending you the bumpers until I saw this, I will get them out in the mail either tomorrow or Wednesday and will get you the tracking information ! I apologize!
  16. Yes they did, a Google search should yield the pictures needed to build the truck.
  17. Revell is bringing theirs back out and Tower Hobbies shows it being available in early June. It is probably the most modern one available and if you can wait a month, then I think you will be happy.
  18. Double check with Kenny at Bandit, didn't see it on his website.
  19. I too was surprised to see that was her, but she is about to be 67 years old. I think some over exposure to the sun could have something to do with it, she was definitely in her prime when she was on WKRP !
  20. Jan Smithers from WKRP. She pretty much disappeared after that series, always thought she was as hot (or hotter) than Loni Anderson.
  21. Awesome truck, like Ace Garageguy I never seem to have the money ready when something like that comes available. I am sure you will enjoy it in Norway and will be the envy of your friends! Glad you got to have fun during your visit here and there is a ton more for you to see on your next trip.
  22. Just went through the stash and have 6 large boxes of models priced and ready to take to the show and sell. Looking forward to seeing some old familiar faces and getting rid of some models that I don't plan on building. As Tom mentioned, this is a great show with some outstanding models and a nice swap meet area, come out and see the models and get some deals on kits!
  23. Robert Palmer, Emerson Lake and Palmer, Asia, Power Station,
