  1. CLEAN!
  2. I have gotten a little body work done...
  3. I like it. Some silicone is paintable, if so you could paint over it and that would seal it up, preventing any chance of fish-eyes.
  4. If I had to go, I would drive this just to protect me from all the lunatics in Hollywierd!
  5. I really enjoy these vintage race cars, and this is a great piece. Very clean build, you did a nice job!
  6. Different is GOOOOD, You've done a great job on this. Well thought out and executed, the subtle details are well done.
  7. Very well done!

That looks great. You nailed a Hot Rod look from a so so kit, nice job!
  9. For first glue kit, your doing a great job. Looks like you have the body sorted out. Just take your time and you'll be happy with it. Never rush a paint job!
  10. Nice details, clean building, I'll be following this one.
  11. Thanks guys, the first couple of pix were the results of a thought I had about a show style truck. I knew it would morf into something else. I think I'm on the right track now. I have a lot of sanding ahead of me!
  12. Thanks Jim, I've got a lot of body work to do!
  13. Interesting project, I always enjoy your work, John. Will you be painting like the 1:1?
  14. Another update. Chassis is done except for a battery , keep in mind the good side is down, I'm not concerned with things that won't be seen. Reshaping and adding to the body, trying to keep things flowing and lined up properly! Hope to start the interior next week some time.
  15. Just a quick test fit...
  16. It is looking good, I'm glad to hear your redoing the fenders, I know you'll get'em right. Your doing a great job.
  17. Thanks guys, obviously green will be part of the color scheme, I have played with the fenders some but most likely will be fenderless. I plan on finishing the chassis next while working on the body. Thanks again, J2
  18. I've been working on the frame and this engine. TS-60 Pearl Green, Parts by Park pulleys, black tape for the belts, Stacks from FRW and some BMF. I wanted to try something different so I used these Webber carbs I had in the PB. Not sure how authentic, but I like the way it looks. Thanks for looking.

That is a nice one. Mold lines are a modelers worst enemy!
