  1. NICE!
  2. Just a little update:
  3. Good stuff for the price. I would recommend seeing it in person before buying. That way you know what your getting.
  4. Nicely done. It's all in the details, sn't it.
  5. WOW!
  6. After test fitting the engine again I realized it was way to big. So I completed it any way just to display it on the shelf. Then I started with a fresh 302 from the Revell 32 Ford and the blower from an AMT 57 Corvette Gasser. Modified the intake some and made some motor mounts. It fits much better. I also decided to use the rear end from a Sprint Car kit, just added some shock mounts. Hinged the hood and now on to the body work and engine assembly. I hope to do a two tone paint job, silver sides and clear red top, like the display engine. Thanks for looking.
  7. Thank you kindly. I will do some looking now. I wondered about the snapkits.
  8. Hey truck fans. I have been wanting to build a mild custom big rig for some time. Nothing overly detailed but a nice looker, ya know. I have not built a large car since I was child, and the cost of a proper kit has always seemed to prevent me from building one. Here are my favorites, not in any order: Chevy Bison Autocar a64b Pete 359 Snapkit Pete California Hauler KW 925 Not sure about quality of these kits, I would hate to spend good $$$ on a clunker. Been looking on Feebay, and will be checking swap meets, any advise? Thanks, J2
  9. Coming along nicely, Ira. I like the rear look just as it is. Maybe add a trim piece kinda like the 1:1 between the thrusters.
  10. Maybe that jackwagon should have a CDL to drive his car. After all it is full of hazardous materials. Like Anti-freeze and gasoline!
  11. I always enjoy your build, BK. Another good'n.
  12. Well done. I like the small details, such as the tire wear, dash and running boards.
  13. I quit! You win.
  14. Yes but, if one were to be traveling at the speed of light with ones headlights on. Would one still be able to see where one were going?

Real nice. I like that yellow.
  16. Thank you guys.
  17. Finished this morning. It was a fun build to try. All cut up from an AMT 36 Ford kit. Deal says your #1
  18. See under Glass Section...
  19. I'm not sure if ri or ro bugs me more, but either way I am now dizzy.
  20. Thank you for the comments. It was all in my head, but a fun build non the less.
  21. I actually finished this several months ago. I started with a heavily modified ASA chassis from Revell. A few Fred's Resin parts and a lot of scratch building. All Tamiya paint, Slixx decals and PPP tires. Thanks for looking, this one was a real pleasure to build, one of those kind that just falls together. http://s176.photobuc...set%20Modified/
  22. Well done.
  23. Always enjoy seeing your builds and reading your articles, thanks Tim.
