  7. Turns out it is missing the coolant crossover pipe. I'm attempting to make something acceptable. Couldn't run on a dyno without that.
  8. The other day I found the rest of it. So I thought I'd put it back together and use it on the heavy dyno.

  10. About 3 years ago I had built the surface grinder and used a junk 8V71 to install in it. I had stripped it to the block and Detailed it a bit .

  12. Almost there. A few details, decals and some very subtle weathering left to do. This has been fun as I learned to drive on a Ford 8N which is very much like this. My uncle's neighbor had a Ferguson just like this except his was all gray.
  13. Added the wheels and steering linkage as well as the brake pedals and linkages. Verrrrrrry delicate!
  14. Took my camera card to WalMart and made some prints to guide me through the fabrication of the valve grinder.
  15. We got it down pat now LS1 GTO. A fellow on the SDC forum offered to put me in touch with the builder.
  16. Tip on how to make yourself cross-eyed: add fuel lines and plug wires to the little fella.
  17. I saw that but did not pay too much attention as I was looking for a 2006. It certainly looks the part. Once again, thank you Bill.
  18. Does the Polar Lights kit have a detailed engine? Can't get a good enough picture anywhere.
