A corn binders dream
cowboy rich replied to Dirt Demon's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I'd be happy finding one!! You got two! I want one for the same reason truck dad had and I nearly grew up in it. Nice of your uncle to send them to you. I'm waiting for the build! -

Big Rig Exhaust System, Help Needed
cowboy rich replied to 10thumbs's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Most big trucks do have mufflers it's the larger part that on the 359 kit is by the door. Also one of the first things a lot of guys get rid of for 6 or 8" straight stacks ( no muffler) -

Good luck with the change, is it local or long hual, long hual can take some folks a bit of getting used to. Back about 20 years ago when I worked for family we ran flats step deck and vans I always liked flats and steps better, even when you do have rain spitting on you from a rouge storm and pulling the tarps out! With his belief being against surgery I'm some what surprised he wasn't on a more holistic health pain killer. And no I don't mean the stuff that's legal in Colorado, my wife does the holistic stuff mostly it's vitamins and herbs used in the right combo, she's allergic to most meds that green one included so she has to go that route. Still even now I can't believe prince is gone. The greats seem to be dropping like flies right now, I thought somebody gave the reaper the rest of the year off after Merle Haggard left us??? And now Ali on top of it.

in my opinion that's how it should have been handled.

I agree with Colby. The company had opportunity to inform the customers in advance and should have! As for the out of scale example, if I ordered the car and it showed up the wrong color not only would I not take delivery even with a free set of wheels I also would no longer do business with the place and I am one that when I'm happy I will send people the dealers way, when I'm not I'm one of your worst enemies Rich

Anybody got any idea what the heck happened here? I didn't bother to decant the paint this time so everything was sprayed from the same can at the same time. The parts one the tree are nice and smooth the tanks are all orange peel everything preped the same. Only difference is the tanks got a green bath to remove the chrome then all was washed and rinsed. -
