thanks guys I'm just trying to figure out how to do the tanks now and I'm leaning toward bmf in the middle and red on the ends. I was hoping to have this much more wrapped up by now but life keeps getting in the way
if you want the trailer you could do stacked and headed home like Claytons cab over Pete pic, it's a very common thing to see in California, Nevada, Arizona, we even see some out here in Colorado, I'll try and get some pictures for you.
I'm trying to figure out what I want to do here, kinda thinking....maybe red on each end, bmf in the middle and white straps? Any thoughts? Red where the screwdriver is maybe?
That would be nice. I'm sure you can do it in metal if that's the thought. Pretty much all straight and square, easy compared to what you are doing right now.
For the third year I'm not home to visit my grandfather and give his grave HIS flag.Sad day for me. I never joined the military but there is every branch in my family. GOD BLESS and THANK YOU
Just keep plugging away Mark, it's looking good so far. I just looked at your profile and saw your in Gering and can't help but think we've walked by each other. I'm one of the people that messed up your Wal-mart about 1 1/2 years ago
Well came up with a new issue, don't know why but when I was trying to clean up the flash on the tanks a big chunk off. I'm now trying to decide what to do, body color, bmf or Alclad.?
sad to hear, personally (nobody get offended) but I think the people that harm our public service people should be beat rather than shot, but hey at least we're not paying for him to be in prison. And I'm sure the other officers did what they felt they needed to do.
Ok I know the colors may look goofy but when it's done I think it will look good. I know that one air tank is not placed "kit proper" but I'm trying to build what I would order...long, naked frame rails
just hit me but large car magazine runs a lot of show trucks and they used to have at least one model a month that would make you drool, haven't gotten my hands on one in awhile though.
The truck is looking good to me, the Alclad though I've found is REALLY fragile. Take a look at my 1/16 Pete scrap yard build the wheels are Alclad without clear coat and I've done them a few times becuase it came off on my fingers!
