  1. Thanks for posting this. I forgot where I parked it.
  2. Chevys are a close second. Every other Big Three division is extremely underrepresented. a couple Plymouths, a couple Buicks, a couple Dodges, a handful o'Ponchos. The '58 Belvedere and '55 Chevy Bel Air Sedan also have operable (poseable) steering. With a little work, the following kits can be made with poseable steering: '67 Impala SS, '62 Impala SS and Belair kits, the '62 Catalinas, the '61 (former Lindberg) Impalas, '57 Chrysler 300C and the new tool '57 Bel Air.
  3. Aside from the tires and decals, same as the previous releases. I did notice that there a load of AMT/ERTL No.38527 2006 Toy Fair versions (with rotating base) for 13-17 bucks on ebay, though.
  4. Ah, I see what you were doing. Pretty nifty.
  5. Looks good. Any pics of the surgery to the roof?
  6. Too bad AMT never did a '58 Fairlane/Custom 300 HT.
  7. Plastic kits are preferred 2-1 over regular dental floss by discerning felines, especially model jets with long pitot tubes.
  8. Factory Five doesn't offer built up GTM's, only DIY kits. FF can recommend companies that will assemble their cars.
  9. You're right Bill, it isn't. Those pics you posted are as good as, if not better than, instructions, though. One can see where everything goes. It's not like there's 200 parts to wade through.
  10. Instructions for the 1967 Dodge Charger 4'n 1. Same kit, part-wise, as "Color Me Gone".
  11. It must've been a big seller in China when it was released in 1998. Trumpeter went on to release a lmo version, the Ford Falcons, Nova SS, '78 Monte Carlo and the '60 Bonnevilles and the American LaFrance Eagle Pumper.
  12. My First Sergeant at Ft. Campbell always said. "There's nothing more useless than a private except a second lieutenant."" Know what the 4th I.D. patch signifies? Four second lieutenants all pointing north.
  13. Free speech is checked at the front door of most internet fora. Lively debate is frowned upon and actively discouraged.
  14. I noticed that; but, his wheels, he is building it himself and he's happy with it. Who am I to tell him to lose the letters?
  15. Saw this Factory Five MK4 Roadster about two hours ago while taking a ride around the neighborhood. The owner told me it's still a WIP and has a 302.
  16. "imarriedawitch".
  17. Let's face it. Societal changes are conditioning people to become human veals.
  18. Lotta ridgelines and forest to clear, Dan.
  19. I used to work for him. That's neither political nor religious.
  20. These, and other similar vehicles were constructed with the ability to level forests and destroy mountains and merely dust off any post-destruction residue off the hood, not to be babied like the present day blobular, cookie cutter fashion accessories known as SUV's. Today's excuses for utility vehicles don't even meet the minimum MIL-SPEC's for durability and ease of maintenance as Blazers and Dodge Rams once did.
  21. I use these, $2.30 from RC Planet. Bonus: the tubing can be used for fuel lines and small diameter hoses. For precision CA placement, I prefer using dental probes, $4.97 from Widget Supply. Place some CA on a medicine bottle lid and dip the tip. Highly recommended by pros for those hard to reach areas.
  22. Without a doubt, that is the best username here, Charlie.
  23. Euphemism for lies.
