  1. The dripoff is negligible. It's like collecting the condensation on a glass of iced tea and placing it in a container so you can reuse the water.
  2. You're not supposed to soak parts In ELO. Read the instructions on the back of the can: The ingredients in ELO will break down polymers (styrene and other similar plastics) and resins if the items are submersed in it for extended periods of time. That means even overnight. Lastly, ELO is not manufactured to be reusable. Refer to the first sentence in my post.
  3. Posting two separate threads asking the same question three hours apart isn't going to increase the chances that somebody will respond with an answer you might agree with.
  4. NEVER soak parts in ELO. The label indicates this. Just brush it on the model.
  5. Castrol sold it to Super Clean Acquisitions around 2005; so, it's virtually impossible to still find the Castrol stuff on store shelves today.
  6. I find that heat sealing a painted and decaled model yields optimum results.
  7. Can I get a refund or possibly sue you for destroying my long-held, but entirely incorrect, belief that this was true? If it's all the same with you, I prefer a lawsuit since I can squeeze much more mazuma out of you in an out of court settlement than I'd get from a crummy refund.
  8. Or, oxygen deprivation. Nobody bothers to read to warning label on dry cleaner bags before using them as space helmets anymore.
  9. Nice! Great tips, Greg.
  10. Those bird droppings in the second photo are way out of scale. You should have made the car larger.
  11. You have to be a colonel first. Why is "colonel" pronounced "kernel"? I don' see no steenkin' ARGH...
  12. I probably will have better luck finding them than a friggin' steak.
