That doesn't say much about current automotive designing.

1957 Chevrolet 150 Black Widow

Being consistent counts for something. -
When did people's C1-C7 vertebrae start auto-fusing to prevent one from swiveling his head to the rear and use Mk. ! eyeballs when backing into/out of parking spots? I see drivers in late model cars (no backup cameras) staring into their rear view mirrors attempting to park and end up damaging the front of the car directly behind theirs.

Roger, copy. That's a possibility. -
Are you familiar with the expression "pissing in the wind" is, Patrick? Read what Steve wrote. Do you actually believe any suggestions posted here or, as Steve pointed out, in any other of his other threads, were? To be considered helpful, any suggestion(s) would be acknowledged with at least a minimal expression of gratitude as being a possible solution to a particular problem. Nothing in any of his other threads even remotely indicates that he heeds anyone's advice about anything. Also, if I was inclined to run my post count up, I'd have tens of thousands more tacked on to my total by making inessential and gratuitous monosyllabic comments (practiced by not a few members, either intentionally or otherwise) which are neither informative, entertaining nor intentionally irreverent.

Dirty Mary Crazy Larry Charger color?
SfanGoch replied to slusher's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
Citron Yella and Curious Yellow are the same color and shared the same Chrysler paint code (Y3). Lime Light/Sublime/Sub Lime (J5) was only available in 1970 and is not the same as Y3. I read your reply, Casey. -

Bill, I noticed the same thing when I wanted to reference some of your posts. -
I've been doing the same for years too. I have 45+ year old Microscale decals which are as fresh as the day that I first bought them.

What paints/techniques do I need to get this look?

Hindsight is 20/20. You've had the opportunity to to reflect on and obtain knowledge about things you might have missed. You be ahead of the game, Broski.

This is intentional. Try calling a government agency which used to have a publicly listed phone number. Being from NY, the only option is to dial 311. The "specialists" make a pile of horse droppings look like Rhodes scholars. Then they'll tell you there isn't a number for a particular agency.

Unlike RUSTALL, using paints to create the effect doesn't require clay powder which isn't permanent. -

I use a stainless steel or steel metalzer base. Then, I stipple Vallejo Hull Red, German Camouflage Black, Leather Brown, Red and German Camouflage Orange in varying amounts to achieve a rusted finish. This is a 1/35 Detroit Diesel 8V-92TA for the Hobby Boss M1070 HET tractor. I wanted a heavily rusted look for the turbo system as seen in a reference photo. -
High-volume injection mold tooling can be produced using DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering).

It doesn't work that way. The range is 20 years old and the control board might not be compatible. It might look similar; but, it's different enough not to be a direct replacement.

How old is the gas range? Google the board with the part number then search for an installation guide.
