This looks very good, I know about expensive since I got this as a kit in its original box, open and complete and unstarted. Yes, it cost me quite a lot....
I think I would go for J because it looks like the most complete project. K would take a lot of work just to get out and L looks like a truck with a tudor sedan body on the back (maybe that is an oldschool atempt at making an MPV) and M...well....restoring sunken boats is not my thing and restoring sunken cars has never been on my mind before.
I get in to the site but I see that it has been updated so maybe it has been moved to a different server at the same time as the update has been done or that some of the links maybe dead.
I don't know if they have in some way updated the 75 Impala but I got it in my stash. I can take pictures of it if you want and post. It looks really nice.
I'm not really worried about it, I have never recived a call from them and I don't really see why they should start calling me either. I'm also protected against phonesellers in a registry so if any seller is calling I can report the company that called.
Yes, will be watching and I also have a 24 hour modelling project planned
I will be watching it on Eurosport and Eurosport 2 but possibly with the comentaries from radiolemans.com as the norwegian comentaries on Eurosport are no good.
I think that the GSX will be built out of the box so in white with the decals. I think however that I will have a littlebit of chrome on it, like the rims and maybe the trim around the headlights and around the windows.
I did a trade with a fellow clubmember at last nights meeting and ended up coming home with a Monogram Buick GSX in this really fantastic version from 1989
And I also got this one in the trade
These are not my pics BTW, I have not taken any pictures of the kits myself yet but can if someone is interested.
Yes, lots of cars could be extinct withouth anyone knowing because they where made in few numbers a very long time ago and a lot of cars that have been massproduced in later times could also be extinct because not many care about them but there always seems to be some rare gems that turn up.
I just found this on Ebay:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vintage-Frog-AMT-Rovex-1-24-Mercedes-300SL-Gull-Winged-Model-Kit-/400930978144?&_trksid=p2056016.l4276
Maybe a Frog version has been mentioned here before but here you can see pictures of it.
Ok, I'm guessing that there is none available in 1:25 scale so I plan on maybe scratchbuilding one, but then I would need some good detail pictures and drawings aswell as the measurements. If possible maybe I could even do a resincasting of one.
T-rex sure is good name for it, they should have used it in Jurrasic Park.
Does anyone know of detailed drawings and pictures and measurments of the 5,9L Cummins diesel engine?
