The convertible is a w e s o m e !! I've voted for the AMT. I don't mind, that the trunk at Revells Impala can be opened. but I don't like the separated chrome parts. In my point of view, it looks to fat on the body and the passage from trim to body looks for me cheap. There is always a to big gab - except, you work on it. I've built the AMT

The trash in the back is the detail for the point of the "I" Nice one!

This Lamborghini has peculiar charm. I liked it, when I noticed it a long time a go in some card games - you know, what we played as a child: which engine has more power or the highest top speed won. I like it as well as the Jalpa. The design is pretty nice. A sweet car. Definitely a candidate for my wish list. Beautiful. You wrote about the wheels. What was wrong with the kit ones? No question: the wheels looking great on this one. They fit and filling the wheel house perfectly.

This is my opinion too! I like steel wheels a lot.

I like the hinges and details on the engine. The tinted windows are well done! How did you do that? My favorite picture is the last one. The underbody is awesome. The paint job is ok. I agree to the over sprayed window seals.... This so called "euro style" isn't my taste but that doesn't matter. I think I have to look it up to get a picture of it.

Isn't this a day, a lot of us have waited so long? Today, Marty McFly and Doc Brown arrived in the future through part II - never spent a thought about the date in the movies. That time it was so far away and now? Look out of the window and compare, what changed and what came true. I love the movies. The idea was pretty cool. It was and is entertainment for me. So I thought it would be cool, everyone who has a built a DeLorean / time machine would post it here. For this special day I know, it was 4:29 pm but I can't await to see more of your builts. So: who's in? I'll start with my three time machines. Part II and part III. Part II was built out of the AMT time machine in ~1992, both part III DeLoreans are Aoshima (built ~2005).

This is beautiful I like the 40s Ford for sure. Your Ford looks so beautiful. The red rims make a good contrast to the dark paint.

I think it should be a thema for the builing. I like the most suggestions. 5. The 1960's - any car from 1960-1969 model years, no technology limitations 4. Euro Cannonball - no US vehicles, race will be held in Europe 2. Supercars and Concept cars. 3. Muscle Madness - any car commonly thought of as a muscle car from 1963 - 1976 - technology of the day only I like the offroad-challenge too. What about hot rods?

Here it comes - my competitor for the Cannonballrun 2015 - "The Sleeperball" It's based on the Tamiya Mini in 1/24. Stuffed with fine parts out of a Honda/Acura Integra (engine, transmission), Honda Civic (exhaust system, interior) and self made little things. Some more cutting on the engine and engine compartment as well as the dash board as supposed were needed but in the end it fits properly. It looks clean like an oob without seat belts or such things. My priority was fitting the "foreign" parts and the clean look. A picture thru the progress to see the engine better

Thanks, Bill. The yellow one has been painted with airbrush colors by aeropro (water stuff) and clear coat out of the rattle can (K-Lack - Germany ;)) It is lemon mixed with a little light green. The ratio was visceral. The hood is rattle can flat black. The brown one has been fillered only with cheap paint out of the rattle can as usually. The filler was so smooth that I tested a layer of clear coat. It turned out pretty well that I then decided not to chance it. I was astonished about the result. So you can say, that the brown one doesn't have a paint The roof is black by K-Lack.

Great! I have this truck in my shelf (the first new truck I bought since more than 20 years ) and looking forward to build it already. It is such a huge piece - like it. Your truck turned out well. Clean built! Very nice in that dark blue.

It looks very nice in that color. One thing - btw: you didn't bring this beauty along yesterday, when you visited me - I noticed. Maybe you could have taken plastic stuff for the windows at the doors. Maybe I'll buy one too, to fill another gap between Z1 - Z8 - i8 Very nice!

Great finish! The rims are great - maybe the look a little better than the kits rims. Hard to say. Your color reminds me on my 90% built i8 My decision was for the light tan interior because I took a of lot pictures for the details at my dealers i8. Sadly the doors will be closed like yours at the and. I don't trust the two little pins. Did you have any problems with the decals, especially the blue accents at the rear end? I added mine and the left doesn't lay plan on the back. Decal softener didn't work either. At the end, the decal got cracks and I removed it. The last work to do before I put all the parts together is painting the blue stripes at the back. A little, tiny missing detail at the front of your model: the blue surroundings on the inner side of the chrome trim at the nose (in Germany we name them "BMW kidneys") is missing. Revell didn't put decals for that in the box. It's a small hint in the instruction sheet. Nevertheless, I like your i8 really well! It looks pretty good. Now I check your bip - I totally missed it because I was on vacation. First rule: vacation, no internet
