Very nice and very good pictures! Love it

Thank you. Wow! If you'd detailing all the kits, you had to start long time ago! This would be a lot of work. I know, when I'm going to set some wires in the engine bay. I don't wonder, that you decided to stay basically on the kit as it comes. I will watch your project and happily awaiting the pictures

So do I think too! I like to see Ferrari in another color than red. This darker blue looks very nice. Your paintjob is awesome. Also the engine parts. Very nice detailed painted.

This is cool. It looks so compact -
I'm a fan of the 32 Ford. Your project sound very interesting! It would be nice to see some pictures of them all together when they're done. Your three Ford are nice. They look very clean. The colors are well chosen. Are you and your friends paint them in original tones? Did you made a plan, who's taking which color so each color is only on one model kit? If you don't mind: this is my 32 Ford which I completed this year

"The Stig Collection" -Ferrari F40LM...street version
christian-w replied to Dann Tier's topic in Model Cars
I'd like to see some pics of the detailed engine Nice paint job. It looks pretty good. On my point of view the headlight covers is a "must have" on the F40. I think those differ the F40 (or Countach, Ferrari 512, McLaren F1) from other supercars. -
Love it! I like Studebakers. The combination with those tires / rims and the lowering looks fantastic. Is the engine out of the box? I can't remember mine is looking so good.

Some more pictures would be great!

I have the kit in the shelf and know it good. So I have to take attention of the doors. A good hint. You built a nice model out of it! Forces me to lay a hand on mine.

This base itself is awesome! The different grounds, the rest of a cigarette - I didn't see anywere so far. The cars looking really realistic. The whole demonstration is awesome. Great pictures.

Welcome! I looked up the Location of Chambersburg because I thought, I've read that Name while I was in the US. It's close to Gettysburg so I know why I remembered it. My ex wife studied there and we travelled often to Gettysburg (and the historical sites in this area). I miss the USA. That was the only good thing during our marriage: the visits of her parents. Have a good time!

Thank you for the additional link. This answers one question I had about the decals. I like the clean look. The Hudson is a fine car (and model kit) anyway. So I'm happy to see another different race look.

Me too! I'm a fan of the 1940 Ford Coupe. But I also like the Tudor. Your paintjob is really nice. I like the idea and the combined colors.

VW Beetle Aftermarket Performance Parts?
christian-w replied to OutaFocus's topic in Car Aftermarket / Resin / 3D Printed
I only know, that IMC or Union did a kit in the 1960s / 1980s with the front engine Beetle as an Option near the mid 1960s Beetle. See them on scalemates: https://www.scalemates.com/kits/949930-imc-114-200-volkswagen I own both kit of each producer and can tell you, they are identical (except the color of the plastics ) Quite interesting thread anyway! I have the Polar Light Beetles as well - because of the rims, "nerf bars" .... You can see the content of the box here: http://web.ipmsusa3.org/content/marvel-comics-amazing-spiderman-volkswagen-beetle .. The Harley Quinn is identical except the decals / stickers. As extra parts you'll get - sport seats - EMPI 5 Spoke rims - BRM alloy rims - hub caps without VW-Logo - sport exhaust - nerf bars (bumper things) The Herbie by Polar Lights doesn't have the extra parts. It is stock only but has this sliding roof - what Spider-Man & Harley Quinn don't have. -
Oh, I'm excited!

This is pretty cool! Maybe now it's a little better to get the dimensions when you have the wheels as one fix point and the seats for the interior.

Here I'm on it. I had the luck to meet the founder Mr. Schulz of Isdera approx. 13-14 years ago in Leonberg including a visit in his plant. At this time, he worked on the prototype "Autobahnkurier 116i". this car has to v8 behind installed. Great. And when you take a better look to the body, you'll notice the doors on the good old beetle. Indead, the body is based on it because of the styling of the roof. He took a oval beetle body. But wider and "a little" changed. A huge car. It was amazing and very interesting. Mr. Schulz is a very nice guy and we heard a lot of the company, projects and so on. Why we (my brother and I) met him? He sold a white Porsche 911 (G-model) where we were interested in.

This is a great project. It's amazing to see, how such a car goes from a cube of plastic to a well know car. Amazing! -
Funny This Batmobile looks great! Also I like the small details on the Bandit. The hat. Then I see, that my Bandit Trans Am has no license plate at all
