Is that a clamp? Looks like the weight would be of help. Which ever way I go on the stand, I think weight is a key factor. Helps keep the engine still while working on it. Thanks.
I was wanting to construct a decent engine stand so that when I am working on one it stays in one place and I don't keep having to hold it where I want it. So I was wondering if some of you would share some ideas and pictures of an home made engine stand. Thanks in advance.
I got an e-mail from Jill Goldman at Flock it LTD. She said for model cars go with the soft flock. Steve I use embossing powder also, but not on all builds.
Tom, a great story. I am glad you found the model, but I was really into the story. You should write short stories. So glad you can got some relief. Mike
I have seen several Hoppin Hydro wheels on Ebay and they look pretty darn good. Right up their with Pegasus. My question is does Hoippin Hydro offers their line of wheels with their axles. Are these axles bigger around than the normal 1:24 and 1:25 models. So if I was to purchase some Hoppin Hydros, do I need their axles as well?
I just received my order of stuff from Detail Junkees yesterday also,.. I have more to order soon. I messed up some spray paint can decals last night. and they offered a replacement set. The spray cans are top notch. This company goes above and beyond for its customer service.
Good information to have. The ones I was thinking about was the the 97 Crown Victoria and the 1964 Dodge Maverick 330 Super Stock. Those two are available to me now.
I am thinking about purchasing a couple of Lindberg kits. Trouble is I have never owned or seen one. Could someone give the low down on the quality of these kits as compared to AMT and Revell.
I have a can, or should I say did have a can of the same thing. I had it sitting for more than a year, and the other day when I used it, I got the same results.
