  1. Great point, never thought of that....
  2. Bet the guy on Ebay with another at $50 is praying for the losing bidders.... LOL
  3. Isn't this basically the Dukes/Country Charger kit? MPC 1969 DODGE CHARGER R/T SEALED Current bid: US $510.00 Enter US $520.00 or more [ 10 bids ]P $22.00 Expedited Shipping | See details
  4. I'd love a kit of that one...
  5. Flash ans seams do not bother me much. Easy work for the most part. I do it on parts that are in halves also like rear ends, seats and engines. I'd rather trim flash and clean seams of these older issue kits than not have the kit at all. I get tired of the belly acher's complaining about "another reissue" Personally, I am glad because I may have missed out of them before or I have been inspired by something and want to do different build of a kit. Case-in-point, AMT 66 Mustang.... I have a bunch of different builds of them.
  6. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Classic
  7. Maybe they can release this combo...... Yea, separate pieces are out there, but it would be nice with all parts and decals.
  8. You cannot receive messages. I tried to send info
  9. Please... not Revell!!!! Seems every newer Revell kit I get has body accuracy issues, including the S&H Torino. Round 2 has a nice Torino body with the old MPC stock car. They need to tool an interior, chassis and clear red tail lights.
  10. Yes, Ed does great work too. Have dealt with him in the past. Unfortunately he does not have any suspension stuff like dropped axles and quick change rear ends.
  11. Looking for a source for street rod parts like frames, suspension parts, bodies ect. I could search for hours but am hoping someone knows already. Thanks
  12. I've built this kit and I like this kit.... Just my 2 cents
  13. I like it but the roof is too low and on top of that the windshield itself is too low. In the pic Daggon posted it is clear on both issues. Windshield is an easy fix, but raising the roof not so much. Also, in my blue oval tinted eyes, the rear window is off. Could be photo angle, but it does not look right to me. would be an easy fix none-the-less. Could be me, but the tail lights look to small On the fence now about it. I'll decide if is something I want in my stash after I see some builds.
  14. Know a caster that may want to deal with this? I am correcting one to a true Galaxie 4 door sedan.
  15. Looks awesome... one of my all time favorites.
  16. Correct, and I bet it will be released again before long. Know any good casters that could do the flair pieces?
  17. Well I drove my hour and a half to pick it up and was glad I did. 100% complete and unbuilt. A few things painted with some pactra brush paints (paint included) I am thinking of trying to find a caster to do the wide body parts since they do fit the AMT body also. Probably going to do it box stock with some detailing.
  18. Just agreed to purchase this kit and need to drive 40 minutes to get it. Is it any good? Never had one of these MPC Mustangs. Good part is it was only $10
  19. Been looking around Cleveland.... nothing
  20. Wouldn't an older Monogram funny car or dragster have a good starting basis for the engine? They were 1/24 You also had the 1/24 Hemi Cuda kits
  21. Recently started buying and building trucks and I am excited to get this one!!!
