  3. Yea, what mike said!! Very impressive. Nice job
  4. When I turned 16 and was ready to get my permit, my father had a Rambler with 3 on the tree. So that is what I learned on. And I couldn't go for my permit test until I could back up and parallel park. My father always said "if you can drive an standard, you can drive an automatic. But if you drive an automatic, it doesn't mean you can drive a standard" Ive only owned 1 auto trans car. Out of courtesy to my , then wife. That car didn't last long (neither did she, really ) They will have to pry my cold, dead feet off the clutch...
  5. The AMT 70 1/2 Baldwin Motion Camaro has some M/T's, in the back that are pretty nice. But they only the rear tires. I have a set of the M/T's from Fireball and they are really nice. But again, he only has 1 size
  6. If your building them, they WILL look cool.
  7. I got rid of about 1/16" off some 3/32 Evergreen tube, some flash off a '37 Chevy Stovebolt, a bit of glue and some stress. And Im good with that.
  8. Really nice job! The White/red color combo is not seen very often and that makes it stand out. Nice clean build
  9. Excellent build. I really like the patina! Its good to see cars that are well "used"
  10. Thanks Tim. Great tutorial. I have a few of these cars in my stash, so I'll be coming back to this Thanks again
  11. Very impressive work. Congratulations on a great build
  12. I like it a lot. Im a big fan of stock appearing cars with modern updates under the skin
  13. Thanks for the paint tips, John. Im going to have to try that
  14. Wow, that is a nice build! Nice detail work. Very interesting paint job. Care how to explain how you achieved it?
  15. Yes, his stuff does take some time to deliver. But he is upfront about his delivery times. He has always communicated well, when answering questions and his stuff is really good. Its a strange color (pale green), but it has never stopped me from using his goods.
  16. I received my order from Fireball yesterday, including 3 sets of his carbs. Outstanding work! And dealing with Joseph is a pleasure, good communication, quick shipping, great prices and amazing detail. Top notch all the way around!
  17. Thanks, Tim. Good job. Keep 'em coming
  18. Thanks Steve and Tony. I might have that Duster kit, I'll have to check it out. And the F100 has a possibility. Thanks for the leads
  19. Thanks for the replies and info, guys. Unfortunately, I dont have any Corvette kits, so I dont think mine came from one of them. Casey, mine are black wall on both sides., so that rules out the T Bird kit. I'll keep searching. Thanks to all you replied
  20. Hi all; While looking for tires for a build, I came across these in the parts box. But I have no idea what kit they came from The sidewall says GoodYear Eagle F1. The rears are slightly taller and wider than the fronts. They must be scaled for a 18-20" rim, because any 15" wheel I put in it falls right through Any help would be most appreciated Thanks Jeff
  21. Nice build, George. I really love the color.
  22. Karl "thought" you were disturbed? Sorry, did I say that out loud? Sorry George, couldn't resist....LOL!
  23. I like it! Im interested in your thoughts on the Gravity Colors paint. Ive seen some videos on using it. It looks like it makes for a nice finish. Or you could just finish the Grabber and you can show us all how the paint works.
  24. Ive purchased a couple of time from Clearly Scale. His work is really good. He has been good to talk to and accurate in his delivery times. I highly recommend him
