  1. Great project!! I've built the truck and the bed, but not together. Looking forward to seeing this one.
  2. Cool project!! Is the condo a kit or all scratch built?
  3. I'm just speechless at your ability to capture the real thing in scale!!! Great work!!
  4. What he said!!! I want one!!!
  5. They were showing "In Stock" yesterday, and today out of stock (Unless it was some type of typo). I'm hoping that Rick can post some pictures when his arrives if it wasn't a typo.
  6. Okay, shifter bracket fabricated and installed. IMG_1858 by Brian Smith, on Flickr
  7. Wow Dennis!! I will never look at a snap kit the same again! I just went back through your build thread. Amazing work!! The finished product is incredible!!
  8. Thanks Dennis! Thanks Sam! Those rear tires are solid resin from Kit Form Services. They were cast with European type Budd wheels, but I drilled them out for the spoke replacements. The only problem with them is the area between the duals is not deep enough. I liked the tread though and I picked them up pretty cheap. The front are solids from KFS as well.
  9. Looks great Sam!! Is that a weld seam decal?
  10. Thanks for all of the comments guys! Thanks Harry, I'm still learning and hind sight is 20/20. Glad to see you back. I'm sure that wont be my last "OOPS" on this project. Most of that area of the manifold will be covered by the shifter assembly when it is finished. The shifter assembly mounted to the engine in these trucks.
  11. Thanks for all the comments guys!!! I finished a little more details today. IMG_1855 by Brian Smith, on Flickr IMG_1856 by Brian Smith, on Flickr
  12. Very nice!! Those tanks look great! I really like the interior too!! I've never seen one of these in person, but I believe you captured this one! Great work!!
  13. Looks like a good start!!! I've been wanting to try one of these myself.
  14. Looks Great!! I like it!!
  15. There's a lot of great looking work going on here! Looking forward to seeing more!
  16. Cool project!! I'm looking forward to seeing more!!
  17. Very nice work!! I like the orange!! But for some reason the song "Give me forty acres and I'll turn this rig around" is suddenly stuck in my head. Nice work on the sleeper too!
  18. Looks good so far Sam! Looking at those pipes, I think that this one might be noisy.
  19. These sure are some great looking builds. Unfortunately, I only completed one semi truck this year. FullSizeRender(2) by Brian Smith, on Flickr IMG_1719 by Brian Smith, on Flickr
  20. The Papa Truck is available on Ebay now. I received mine last Friday.
  21. I haven't taken any photos yet, but the wheels are regular 10 Alcoa style (not split rims), the frame measures 13" from square end to square end with the front spring hangers extending just slightly beyond the front of the square end of the frame.
  22. Thanks for all the comments guys!!! I got a little work done on the chassis today. The fuel tank is made from PVC pipe. IMG_1851 by Brian Smith, on Flickr IMG_1852 by Brian Smith, on Flickr
