  1. Looking Great! What engine are you using?
  2. Looking great!! This is one of my favorite kits. I built one about 18 years ago. Keep up the good work!
  3. It's your build, so whatever you decide will come out great I'm sure. Since it's a gas burner my vote is a single tank under the tank body with an access door. This tank style seemed to be common among gas burners. 4. I found this motivational picture: http://media.fotki.com/1_p,wqkbwfrbtkfsdwqxfffkttkrsdb,vi/fqwbfrtfxsbqgdbfkrxbsfsskdbq/1/117425/4901611/IHRline3-vi.jpg
  5. This site has been acting a little funny too. Since I've switched I've never had a problem posting photos, but once in a while when I post a comment it will act slow then double post.
  6. This is going to be good! I never was a fan of these boxy trucks like the Dodge L1000, 7400 White, and Early W9000 Ford while they were on the road regularly, but now they are my favorite!
  7. Thanks for the complement, but you have a way of making your builds look real!
  8. They're from Meng. I think that they scale out at about 3/4".
  9. Cool project! What's the wheelbase; about 400"?
  10. Thanks Rich, but you would probably do a better job than me. I worked on the air breather (wall furnace style) and filter assemblies today. IMG_1862 by Brian Smith, on Flickr
  11. I always like looking at your engines!
  12. Looking excellent!! Are you going to remove the cage bolts from the brake chambers? I'm looking forward to seeing more of this one!!
  13. Looks like this is going to be another great build!!
  14. Looks great!! I like old school trucks!!
  15. Sounds like a great project!!
  16. This will be a great build! I always liked these trucks!
  17. I'm pretty sure that it'll be Detroit powered, but is it going to be a day cab, sleeper cab, or maybe a double sleeper cab? Don't leave me hanging Sam. I'm sure it will be great whatever it is. Looking forward to seeing this one come together.
  18. Thanks for all the comments guys!!! I worked on opening up the lower grill and making an upper grill. i also finished the shifter assembly. IMG_1860 by Brian Smith, on Flickr IMG_1861 by Brian Smith, on Flickr
  19. Me too, mines an 84 K20. Looks great so far though!! Tom, I gave up on Photobucket and switched to Flickr. I stopped having problems after that. I was having trouble even loading pictures to Photobucket.
