  1. It looks like this one is coming together nicely!
  2. This thing is looking Awesome! Very nice work!! The last order that I got from Auslowe took 3 weeks to process, then they sent me an email telling me that my order was shipped, then it took 3 more weeks for the mailman to get it here. I was very satisfied with what I received though and would order again.
  3. Thanks Guys!! Thanks Mike!! I had a real nice nice set of wheels that a nice fellow gave me, but I'm saving those for another project. These are actually kit wheels that I widened. I got the tires off of Ebay. I think that the company's name was arrow, but I'm not sure. Thanks Dan! I made a pipe bumper with the winch from the jeep kit mounted to it.
  4. Thanks Jacobus! Thanks Mark!
  5. Cool build! I bet those side pipes would sound good with that Detroit!

  8. Thanks Guys!! And yes, I think that I'm going with the black hood. Here it is with the side stripes: IMG_1998 by Brian Smith, on Flickr
  9. Thanks Guys!! I got a little paint on the body today. I'm pretty happy with how it looks. JT if you're tuning in to this one, tell me if you approve of the color. I'm still not sure if I'm going to paint the hood black or orange. 10. Sharp looking build!! It takes me 4 hours just to get all the parts out.
  11. I posted this here since it's closer to an S.U.V. than a car. This is a little project that I've been wanting to start for a while. The car is AMT 76 Gremlin. The chassis is the Monogram Jeep CJ 7. The engine is a combination of the two. It's had an axle flip and lift blocks added. I never liked blocks on the front of the real thing, but with the axle flip, blocks allow a little more room for the steering. Here's what I have so far: IMG_1989 by Brian Smith, on Flickr IMG_1988 by Brian Smith, on Flickr IMG_1986 by Brian Smith, on Flickr IMG_1985 by Brian Smith, on Flickr
