  1. Good to have you, Warren! What kind of builds are you primarily interested in?
  2. Was that kit molded in Multiple Colours? Great Looking Build!
  3. I love this Build! Paint is Awesome, and I like the details on the engine and wheels. Cool Car!
  4. Wow, Outstanding Paint and Finish. I did not know that Academy even made a kit of that car.
  5. Very Nice Weathering! Looks just like a forgotten Transporter should.
  6. Amen, Brother. That group will sure be surprised when the Sewers stop running because nobody wants to do "icky" work......
  7. I like it. The Blue/Black colour choice works well. You have no need to apologize for your work. It looks great from here.
  8. Great Build! I want to build one, to recreate the one my Dad built for in the 1970's when this kit first came out.
  9. Great Builds. That Yellow Ghia is particularly sharp!
  10. I too, Have this kit. I am watching as well. Seems like this kit is sitting on a lot of shelves, but seldom gets built. Can't wait to see where this build goes.
  11. Mine is about 1910 to 1990 really. And that is due Mostly to Tad Burness and his books.
  12. I vaguely remember that issue. I want to say it was Car Modeler. It was on the cover, IIRC.
  13. That's funny. I can't tell the make on anything newer than about 2000, without having to resort to looking for emblems or badges. Older stuff is much easier for me.
  14. There have been several books written by "Model T" Cognoscenti just on the differences between cars. With 15 Million made there are thousands of Changes in the the years from 1908-1927. Many of those books are quite large. On the subject of Model A Fords and Deuces I'd be willing to bet there has been just as much written. I'm a Model T fanatic myself, so Model A's are not really in my wheelhouse, but you could study either car for the rest of your life, and still run across new & surprising things. Even now, over 100 years after the T was built, there are still new discoveries made about features and manufacturing anomalies that turn up, in contravention of what "Everybody Knows". So Take heart. Even the so-called "Experts" are proven wrong about things that "Everybody" knows to be true. Keep learning and have fun. Only Sweat the Details when they are important to YOU.
  15. 25 is cheap now, sadly.

  20. Beautiful Build, and a Great Save.
  21. Squadron is back in Business. Much smaller, but still out there. They have retained the rights to their books, AFAIK
