  1. Just Awesome!!! I really like that! Good Show.
  2. Don't Worry Bob, it will tank again.
  3. I think this explains some of it. But, not all.
  4. I love the colours! Green on anything makes it look better. Your Boats are wonderful. Good Show.
  5. You are one up on me. I've read about the video, but have not seen it. I don't use Facebook.
  6. Somebody mentioned something about Wes from Wes' Model Car corner claiming to have seen them. Not sure if there is any video yet. It is all just talk for now, but we are getting closer.
  7. TD Corvettes. Looking at instructions online, it appears that the '65 Black Rat, the Corvette SS Hatchback and the TD California Street Vette all share some parts and similar tooling. The SS Hatch and the TD Street Vette have many of the same part numbers. https://modelkitreviews.proboards.com/thread/1004/monogram-2212-corvette-ss-hatchback https://modelkitreviews.proboards.com/thread/233/monogram-7504-california-street-vette https://modelkitreviews.proboards.com/thread/1649/monogram-2724-vette-black-rat And the 4 Door Corvette America, which seems to be a different tool. Note the Changes in Rear Axle and Air Cleaner. https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/monogram-instructions/show-rods/monogram-corvette-a/?view=roll#1 Hope this helps.
  8. Thanks. I have not bought any there lately.
  9. Looks like Atlantis has done the hard work of recreating the Tires and Wheels that were rumored to be the reason that Revell never brought back the 1962 MOPAR Models. If they are truly coming back, that will be another Nostalgia Home Run. And, IIRC, Tim Boyd highly recommended the '62 Revell kits as "Main-Streamers". It will be good to have them back 60 year old tooling or not.
  10. And, what is a bottle of Testors at HL, Now?
  11. Wow! This is Huge News. Bringing back the "Snake & Mongoose" will jump start sales for both experienced hobbyists and newbies who have been priced out of these classic kits. Big Atta-boy to Peter V. and the crew at Atlantis that put this deal together. You know they have been working on this for months.
  12. I really Like this. Great Chassis work.
  13. Here is the engine from the Ford Truck. Looks like a long transmission.
  14. What a rare & interesting Locomotive. It is a wonder any survived. Great Save!
  15. Very Cool! Your painting is great! Good Show.
  16. Monogram. 1/24 Scale. I think it is the kit shown below. Andy, what a stunning build! The work on the hood and rear door wonderful examples of miniature engineering. The Colours work well together also. I like how this kit looks. Good Show.
  17. Awesome Build!
  18. That is a Great Build! What a unique idea, and very well executed! Good Show.
  19. Indeed. I've slept through a 5.1, back in the day. To answer your question, we have the same thoughts about folks who live anywhere there is a "Season" for disasters. Tornado Season, Hurricane Season, Blizzard Season.... There is no "Earthquake Season". So, we mostly pretend that they are not going to happen. Just like 99% of humanity.
  20. Fair Enough. Coke gets a lot of grief here, but it sells lots of kits to collectors, and the decals don't hurt anybody. (besides, maybe it will be Sprite, or Moxie or Mello Yello) I'd pay for Moxie Decals. Do you hear me Steve G? Bring us some Moxie Branded kits! Please?
  21. The Mongoose Does include the Timing Lights and Figure with his hands over his ears. Hopefully the new kit will still have those extra parts. It looks like a nicely detailed kit.
  22. These are the things I remember seeing. The Four Door Hardtop, and High Level Trim, make the car a hard sell for Light Commercial & LEO Modelers. James Duff mentions something that I had net even considered, that with the probable end of the License it may be that the whole program is over. All of those considerations aside, Round2 did not spend all that effort and cash for a One & Done tool, so something may happen to it in the future. I'm sure there were plans made to utilize the tooling in some form, someday. We just have no idea what they are. I'm content to wait and see.
  23. They are going to make the shell and the radiator one piece like they did on the Model T, aren't they. Those need to be separate pieces. It will be nice to have this kit, but The Model A done by a folks who are not Car Fanatics is going to be a good, but very staid kit. The Model T's are very hard to build, and the one piece Radiator/Shell, and difficult to build but accurate parts seem to be leaving most of these kits on the shelf. Some of the engineering choices on the parts are odd, as well. I want one of these "A"s but the probable high cost and estimated difficult assembly leads me to project that I'll buy only one. Not a recipe for market success.
