  1. I like the custom, sort of an upscaled HW car with the redlines and glaring paintjob!
  2. A real beauty!

    1970 GTX

    Clean build!
  4. I love the 1971-76 4d ht B-bodies so I will follow with great interest.
  5. Did you have any issues with the kit? I have a Fujimi Enthusiast 911 myself that I was planning to start on in a near future....

    68 GTX

    Very sharp and clean!
  7. It's norwegian plates on that car, not swedish.
  8. Nice work, I love that you tuned the six instead of falling for the temptation of swappin' it out for a V8.
  9. Interesting start!
  10. I like stock model T:s, and a Fordor is rarely seen in small scale, good job!
  11. Very nice, I was tempted to say that one could think that it was a factory conversion, but they seldom look this good.
  12. Yeah, had an AMT Datsun 280ZX some years ago and I wondered how they really thought considering the ride height? It looked like a jacked up 4x4 before lowering.... Very nice work, I especially like the exhaust manifolds, very realistic rust on them.
  13. Nothing wrong with stockers! It was bit of the opposite for me, I was craving for a hot rod build and decided that the first 20s or 30s car I could find to buy would be my victim, and it randomly turned out to be this one. Nice build btw!
  14. Front suspension, built after a raid in the parts bin.... Tube axle = possibly MPC Switchers. Hairpins = AMT 41 Ford. Quarter elliptics = stock rear springs cut in half. The steering box was impossible to fit anywhere on the frame without either colliding with something or putting the steering wheel in very strange angles or locations, so I went for cowl steering (made from the stock tie rod, though slightly reshaped), I'm not sad about that since I like it on rods when it comes to looks, and geometry and such is something I try not to take very hard when building models.... I also found the dash I made for this one, a sectioned 51 Chevy dash, I think it will look great in this one. Should i paint it gold, or should I paint it gloss black with the top section in BMF as a divider between the colours?
  15. Thanks, but it is halfway finished I think, started it 1½ years ago but has been stalled for a long time now.
  16. This is probably the best T sedan I've seen in scale ever, I'm totally in love!
  17. Very promising build this far!
  18. Very realistic, looks very much like what you would expect a 44 year old junker to look like!
  19. Wow, what a nice finish!
  20. Found the engine I had finished for this one earlier.... Blown CSB from MPC 32 Chevy.
  21. Nice, I love oddball combinations like this!
  22. Old build put on the bench again, started its life as this one.... Now looking like this. Put the body on a lenghtened Monogram deuce frame (I know that poor excuse of a chassis was good for something). Sectioned the bed a bit to get better flow in the lines. Rear axle a leaf sprung one from the parts bin, unknown source but it did fit very well. I think the wheels are Jo-Han 1962 Dodge Dart? VW Beetle seats.
  23. The body really was a terrible casting so I decided that I wanted a more "ratty" paintjob and decided to experiment a little. First, I brush painted the body flat black, after it had dried for a week I took a 1200 grit paper and removed the worst brush strokes, then I used some fine steel wool and finally a 3000 grit polishing pad. To get some shine back without making it too glossy, I rubbed the body with lineseed oil. I think I achieved about the result I wanted.
  24. It really has a soul!
