  1. That Flintstone casting was based on the AMT 53 Ford PU. The Revell 56 window is a different shape and the Monogram 55 is 1/24th scale.
  2. Here's the one I have.
  3. Nearly positive i have a stock top as I've only built chopped versions. I'll be home in a few hours and can check. Jason
  4. They are the same wheels as the most current offerings of Monogram 37 Ford PU's. No wide five detail under the caps.
  5. Incredible work going on to build a better B400. Ignoring the shortcomings of the Flintstone body, I managed to build this one. Along with the previously mentioned shortcomings, the roof is slightly taller on one side and the middle of the body is a little longer on one side. Jason
  6. Any idea if Norm still has the stock style chassis available?
  7. Works for me. PM and address and I'll get them headed your way.
  8. Found a full set now too. All the same width, back ate different for front/rear though. Chrome has been stripped. These are not wide like the two chrome wheels which I'm betting is what you are needing.
  9. I've found a third wheel, this likely being a front. If you're able to use it, or get it resin cast? The rears are molded in red, and this front molded in yellow. Carbs amd headers missing is no big deal.
  10. PM me an address and I'll get these headed your way.
  11. I've got a gasser challenge build coming up soon. Will be building an AMT 55 Chevrolet that I cut the IFS off the frame 35 years ago and will use Evergreen to make new straight frame rails and the kit gasser axle. I need something period correct for wheels for it I think, or maybe a 409 motor? I've been leaning toward traditional customs of 30's car lately. Maybe something along those lines? I'm even up for a surprise if you think you have something.. Also like oddball old resin. I might need to find a way to sweeten the pot for something like that. Are you building any Revell 32 Fords?
  12. I've got two wheels that look right. No backs though. By the width, I'd assume these are rears.
  13. I've got a Testors 48 coupe. In Oregon
  14. I've considered attempting this myself, but I want a three piece wheel where the center hub area(brake drum) is the third piece. Would make detail painting them so much easier.
  15. I know this is a really old post, but @damodelguy azdid this ever get finished?
  16. WOW. Incredible build.
  17. Incredible build. Really like seeing my resin louvered hoods put to use.ooks great. Jason LouverWorks
  18. Incredible build Phil. And really happy to see my LouverWorks hood being used. Jason LouverWorks
  19. I have resin louvered deck lids for Revell 32 Ford 5w, 3w, Revell 30 coupe and AMT 33/34 5w.
  20. Interesting, I didn't realize the Paddy Wagon and the Tognotti T shared parts.
  21. Started some work on a cab of this style over the last couple days. Used an AMT 34 5w body and shortened the greenhouse a bunch, then chopped the roof 3mm. Not quite the same as the California Kid Express. Much rounder at the top/rear of the cab.
  22. Would be a cool build, but I just can't see this selling enough copies to make it worth the effort(hours of labor) to the guy making the master and resin casting. Much more possible in 3d print, but getting the cowl to match up to kit parts to use the hood/hood sides/grill and kit fenders might also be a challenge. With that said, I too, would like to build that truck and have considered making the master and casting it regardless of its profitability.
  23. Thought I had posted my finished build of a Drag City Casting 32 RPU. Built on a Revell 32 chassis and suspension. Wheels/tires from the Rat Roaster kit. "409" engine from the parts box. Bed shortened from an AMT 34 PU. I think the carb scoops are RMoM items. Resin radiator(my master/casting)with electric fan mounts deleted so I could run the mechanical fan on the 409. I should note that the louvered hood on this came from the 1/24 Monogram kit, shortened a little bit on each end and one row of louvers removed at the front IIRC. I really really did not like the shape of these louvers and so began the start of LouverWorks and making resin louvered hoods for the Revell 32' with louvers that match the shape of the Revell kit hood sides.
  24. Look really good. Thanks for the props on the louvered hood. It's nice to see them showing up on completed builds now. Also, sending you a PM. Jason LouverWorks
  25. Send Ed an email at lowcab36@epix.net However, I think the RPU body might have been discontinued. He may still have some though. Jason Louverworks
