  1. I've got two wheels that look right. No backs though. By the width, I'd assume these are rears.
  2. I've got a Testors 48 coupe. In Oregon
  3. I've considered attempting this myself, but I want a three piece wheel where the center hub area(brake drum) is the third piece. Would make detail painting them so much easier.
  4. I know this is a really old post, but @damodelguy azdid this ever get finished?
  5. WOW. Incredible build.
  6. Incredible build. Really like seeing my resin louvered hoods put to use.ooks great. Jason LouverWorks
  7. Incredible build Phil. And really happy to see my LouverWorks hood being used. Jason LouverWorks
  8. I have resin louvered deck lids for Revell 32 Ford 5w, 3w, Revell 30 coupe and AMT 33/34 5w.
  9. Interesting, I didn't realize the Paddy Wagon and the Tognotti T shared parts.
  10. Started some work on a cab of this style over the last couple days. Used an AMT 34 5w body and shortened the greenhouse a bunch, then chopped the roof 3mm. Not quite the same as the California Kid Express. Much rounder at the top/rear of the cab.
  11. Would be a cool build, but I just can't see this selling enough copies to make it worth the effort(hours of labor) to the guy making the master and resin casting. Much more possible in 3d print, but getting the cowl to match up to kit parts to use the hood/hood sides/grill and kit fenders might also be a challenge. With that said, I too, would like to build that truck and have considered making the master and casting it regardless of its profitability.
  12. Thought I had posted my finished build of a Drag City Casting 32 RPU. Built on a Revell 32 chassis and suspension. Wheels/tires from the Rat Roaster kit. "409" engine from the parts box. Bed shortened from an AMT 34 PU. I think the carb scoops are RMoM items. Resin radiator(my master/casting)with electric fan mounts deleted so I could run the mechanical fan on the 409. I should note that the louvered hood on this came from the 1/24 Monogram kit, shortened a little bit on each end and one row of louvers removed at the front IIRC. I really really did not like the shape of these louvers and so began the start of LouverWorks and making resin louvered hoods for the Revell 32' with louvers that match the shape of the Revell kit hood sides.
  13. Look really good. Thanks for the props on the louvered hood. It's nice to see them showing up on completed builds now. Also, sending you a PM. Jason LouverWorks
  14. Send Ed an email at lowcab36@epix.net However, I think the RPU body might have been discontinued. He may still have some though. Jason Louverworks
  15. Could always start with a resin chopped top body that is cast as one piece. There have been a couple casters through the years that offered it that way.
  16. I've got this AAM kit conversion new in the box if you want to see what's in there, I could get a few pics.
  17. Ed at Drag City Casting. Easily found on Facebook or send him an email at lowcab36@epix.net
  18. I've got a few of these that i cast in resin. NO tires though.
  19. Great looking 27 T. Sorry to hear paint frustrations. I've got a leftover can of the MM Ultraviolet Pearl sitting here. Nowhere near enough in the can for a complete build, but enough for some touch ups to a build. You are welcome to it if it can go through the mail.
  20. The molding clay I use is tacky enough that it will "stick" to the body.
  21. Yes, entirely possible to just build a small dam around the area of the vent and pour the mold silicone into the area.
  22. Don't miss out this Saturday. Looking forward to a great show.
  23. Sorry, don't have what I thought I had. Looks like all mine are from the MPC 28 Lincoln and Monogram 41 Lincoln.
  24. Very good chance I have one of these. I'll take a look.
  25. My first thought is why not add these things to the page that already exists for this. There is a matching thread for pickup/truck parts too. I am pretty sure tha those Bronco wheels were already asked for in that thread. Possible it was a different thread that will be harder to find. For a more helpful reply A 32 Ford B400 body already exists in resin from Jimmy Flintstone. It is item NB223.
