Heres where i'm at now... -Photo 1; A bit more custom...i decided to split the tailights, and it will be painted body kolor. -Photo 2; These are the insides of the "Shark Fin" vents...they will have mesh added, and be painted semi-gloss black. -Photo 3; The "dot" will be a rearview camera, and something that most people forget, or choose not to deal with, is that the hood, and the neck of the spoiler are two separate parts on the real car, so i scribed it as such. -Photo 4; Since i'm using my own, scaled down rear window, i needed to add uprights to the parcel tray to fill the large expected gap. -Photo 5; This is the start of my brake cooling ducts... -Photo 6; They fit great, but dont leave room to compensate for paint thickness, so i will trim them back a bit. -Photo 7; There was a HUGE space between the chassis/interior tub, and the rockers. It was waaaay to flexible, and fragile for my liking...not to mention unrealistic, so i added styrene to fill that gap, and add strength. -Photo 8; These extensions will tuck right up into the rockers with ease! -Photo 9; I got rid of the metal axle, and needed to add longer attachments to all the wheels since they were in waaay too far. I will be adding HP brakes to it next. -Photo 10; Its got a nice low stance that is straight from the box, and as you can see, i'm calling it the Dannspeed Porsche. That was my fourth try carving those letters in there. I still need to clean them up a bit, like the rest of the body, and the name area between the tailights will be body kolor.

Otaki 1/12 Lamborghini Countach Twin Turbo...Mission Statement
Dann Tier replied to Dann Tier's topic in WIP: Model Cars
Hey, everyone!, i was gonna get back to the engine, but now i have this urge to work on the brakes, and finish the wheels so that i can attach them. I have o pretty decent update coming later today, but heres a small one concerning the front end. Most people use the tie-down straps for their spare tyres -not me, i wanted something different, so i went the mounting bracket way.- 363 replies

LOL!....Dont know how you want me to deal with the shipping.....i have ALOT of window sets that are all in Ziploc freezer bags(its the very first thing i do when i open new kits). The problem is that it will weigh, and cost you more for shipping, but who wants a bunch of scratched glass?
