Looking good. This is one of those kit I love... to hate. But I do love a 70-72 Chevelle and dig everyone I see built.

I'm sure I'll sit down at the table.. look at one of the many I have started.. get a brainstorm, jump up and run to the stash and think about what I should do to another one.

Childhood models that you replaced in adulthood.
KWT replied to ranma's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Most of what I built when I was younger were the 1/24 Monogram muscle cars. Very few survived. I have replaced them all... some a couple times over... and plan to build them at some point. I have yet to find the tiny firebird, corvette and dragster I used to have though. -
Man those look awesome!!!

That looks pretty awesome.. I may have to give it a try. But you lost me on the first step... I'm a little slow lol.

Very nicely done, Mike! You can always make a kit that I have no interest in, very interesting. -
Very cool! I want to see more of this..

Thanks guys! I'm going back and forth right now between silver, blue or the standard gold.. I know it's overdone, but it's so sexy...

What an inspiration. I haven't seen or heard of the show, but definitely sounds like something I am missing. Looking forward to see what you do with this build, Mike. Rock on!

Thanks guys! The Dr gave of the news today, he will have to go back in for surgery to place the implant. We don't have a date yet, but it seems as it will be rather soon.

Thank you folks. We do appreciate it. We go back to the first Dr. appointment of the year on monday. They are going to scan him to see if his tissue damage has improved any. Hoping that it's healing up and he doesn't have to go in for surgery, but we'll have to wait and see the results. Since I actually got off work early, we ended 2018 with some ice cream at the soda fountain where my sister works. He's back to all smiles, just like before the accident. That my friends is always good to see. And I also want to tell you guys, Jacob says "Thank you!" for the support and well wishes. He was blown away by all of you.

The TA is in color... Testors Model Master Black Lacquer Still have to get the decals figured out and decide how I'm going to do the tail lights... but I'm digging this so far. I think I may have to wheels I'm going to use thanks to Forward Resin (Thanks Casey). I just have to figure out how to make them fit the tires and get them attached to the chassis.
