Oh absolutely... I LOVE this kit... oddly enough, I HATE this kit also. I have built the one with the yellow car on the box and the one that you have pictured. Same PITA both times... the yellow was many years ago, before I had a clue about what to do. The last time still gave me fits... but I did better. You're build looks a lot like the one I did a lil bit ago... 66 Nova PS

I'm tired of sitting on the sidelines... I'm finishing up my Nova. And I'm started on my Impala in the Slump Buster... So what better time to throw my hat in the ring. My Cannonball entry is the Revell 83 Hurst Olds. I got some ideas that I'm bouncing around... Stay tuned...

I was toying with the idea of finishing the Generation build I had started a couple years back. But I seem to have put them in a spot I don't remember..lol. So I'm in with a release of the Revell 69... It's easy to come by, and always a good one to work with... I'll get started on it here in a couple days...

Perfect weather going on this weekend... Got in a little work yesterday on the Impala. Real nice looking body. Very few lines to rub out. Got it all smoothed out and primed yesterday morning, and I just came in from laying down a little paint. Decided on Tamiya Gunmetal.. Still trying to decide if that's all the paint I'm gonna lay down or not. Decisions, decisions... About to head out and paint some of the other pieces after breakfast. Then on to planning out some more. As always, thanks for looking...

Thanks, Joe... I appreciate it. I've had a change of heart after stepping away from it for a few days. Back to my old self again.

Had a couple spare minutes to work on the Nova tonight. Have a few final details to add before I can call this one done... mirror, handles, couple decals here and there... Went to cut the drivers side door hande off, when.... $@%&#... It goes flying across the room... or possibly into the next town, seeing that didn't hear it hit anything anywhere... So, I had to improvise. I cut the shifter knob off a spare from the box and glued it to a piece of chrome sprue. It's not pretty, but it'll have to do. Oh well... wouldn't be one of mine, if something wasn't quite the way I wanted it. Anyway.. as always, thanks for looking!

MrMike... Just ran across this.. Diggin the new installment of McNally... and I'm gonna be watching the build. This is one of those kits that really doesn't interest me. But it wouldn't be the first time one of your builds changed my mind. Looking forward to more.

Today is my first day off since the last update of this build... so as you can imagine, there's not a lot that has been done. Only a couple small details here and there, before bed, a couple time in the last 2 weeks. This morning, I decided to do a quick mock up to see if everything is still lining up right... and to get the blood pumping for the finished product... Yeah, pretty sure that's what I needed... I'm kinda diggin how this is starting to come together now. Time to get back to work, and get this bad boy knocked out. As always, thanks for looking...
