  1. I got screwed on the Sizzler reissue. I was expecting a reissue of the original wonky scale kit from my youth. What we got was a redo into a more saleable scale 1/25 th. Why not do that with the Big Tee ? Little Tee and all it's reiterations ? Give us a Little Tee with all the makings for each rendition of the Big Tee releases.
  2. Let's see , Lindberg Lawman $39.00 well , pushin well past a $150
  3. Keep us posted. Pictures of the paint ?
  4. What Jesse said. Paint it like an R/C car, mask the outside, paint some gold or silver inside.
  5. This will kink if bent more than a little bit
  6. I had a student that had one. I always finagled a ride in anything fun or unusual. Well at 6'5" i couldn't fit in the drivers seat. Dang ! couldn't get the top down in the passenger seat either.
  7. Very nice John, thanks for enhancing this thread.

  10. Just saw this and was wondering if all the Big Tee options came with it ? Big Drag parts, Custom, they do show some of them.
  11. What about clean up, Or the dreaded locked lid you get from Cyanoacrylates ?
  12. I could care more. I have two each and the recently rereliesed AMT '29 Roadster / Kinda Ala-Kart. I'm sure there are many modelers here that would like at least one. It just being "another car" might just be the car they are interested in.
  13. I like Doug's "Bonus Engine" call, makes sense , and I would think that IS what we are trying to discuss here. Could be wrong.
  14. Yes 3700 block Greenway rd.
  15. That Monogram Deuce Coupe you talk about is a little more than 1/24th scale.
  16. Nice haul Gary, The swap meets are really great, we have one coming up this weekend here in Phoenix.
  17. Mixing scales, let's face it, the degree of accuracy in model car kits is a far cry from what armor, aircraft and ship builders except. Just look at the blob they give us representing a carburetor in most kits, disgraceful.
  18. Mix n' Match never really thought about it, all the extra parts go in the parts box together.
  19. Interesting enough, at the last Moonlight model club meeting, nothing was said about the MODELCON II this coming Saturday.
