  1. I agree with Al...but Todd, you're gonna do a couple hours of sanding before you paint it right???
  2. Looks like a beast!
  3. That is a gorgeous car. May I ask what you used as polish/clear? The headlights look amazing from it.
  4. That's one cool little vee-dub!!
  5. Thanks Charles. I love 2JZ's so I have a good plan for the engine from this. I already got a 2jz scion fr-s and a 2jz mazda rx-8 that are both almost complete...I think I'm sticking this 2jz into an old Toyota corolla or a Datsun 510
  6. Haha thanks Ray. I tend to swap different engines in almost all of my cars. It adds to the fun for me
  7. Very clean!
  8. Lol thanks. Gotta keep up with the cool kids ? ...the wheels are Fujimi RX-8 wheels that I made custom lips for
  9. This was a 2-day build from start to finish. I think I could've done it in 24 hours if I didn't stop... Started with an AMT Toyota Supra kit, crammed a Revell Viper engine in there (with a couple cold air intakes), created new motor mounts, did some wiring, custom fitted a 2-piece driveshaft, built some control arms up front from parts in the bin...lowered the suspension, painted metallic black from autozone (I think it's duplicolor) with wheel paint clear coat. Then custom made a rear spoiler, added more engine details, and a racing driver seat. Also has custom built hubs to accomodate the low car with camber. I also custom fitted the hood to fit the engine. The wheels are Fujimi Mazda RX-8 wheels, and the lips/sleeves were created from another set of wheels. Hope you like it!
  10. Just got my package from Intmd8r ... Great trader, great dude, definitely would trade with him anytime.
  11. That's pretty neat! Never seen anything like that
  12. That's an awesome idea Bob!! Glad you took my opinion/advice. I think it'll make it a lot more badass. No, not active in WWP yet
  13. Bob!!! Such great work with the wiring and plumbing and figuring out what goes where!! Do you mind a tiny wee bit of constructive criticism? All that work is so nice...why not opt to do a more realistic racing harness in there? It'd bump up the realism factor ridiculously. That's all...everything else is amazingly done
  14. OMG this is turning out amazingggg!! Keep it up, it's a pleasure watching/learning as I read along.

That's so badass. For a second I thought you sharpied that. I was like "whoa skills" but even the decal work requires tremendous amounts of skill, so well done!!!
  16. Just finished up my second trade with gardnerpag44. Paul is an awesome dude, great trader.
  17. And just so you can see how cool a photo looks from the "front parking area"...This is gonna be my favorite spot for pictures:
  18. Sooo...after a month and a half I decided to put up an extension...here's how it looks (gonna keep the large side open for easy access: Here's the actual extension while I was still figuring out what goes where: Second floor coming together with a trophy shelf. Eventually this will get a desk and some lights: Extension more crowded now:
  19. Here you can see all the windows are in, testing the hood fitment (you can see in the background I've changed up my diorama a lot)... Next up will be engine detail, and you can see I removed all the rollcage as I'm going to start a new one (hated the fitment).
  20. Started throwing paint at the engine, thinking about how to arrange the engine bay...added the throttle bodies and the pulleys/etc. Interior was getting almost buttoned up:
  21. Finally gonna post an update. I work slow, since I had a procrastination moment for a while, and now I'm messing with multiple projects. Anyway, engine came:
