  1. For me, I'd have to post my Vipra for top speed...this is an 8.0 SRT V10 Viper engine in a Toyota supra. (although I do have a turbocharged LS1 supra as well)
  2. That's really awesome! Well done!
  3. This is so badass! I love the scratchbuilding you put into this one.
  4. McLaren and Koenigsegg started somewhere too. I'm not defending this manufacturer, as I would probably go that route too, but they brought this car out nearly 2 years ago and their engine builder is one of the best GM V8 builders ever. Do I think this will become reality? No. And I'm totally with you on going to a more realistic and respectful company...but in the meantime these guys did build this ONE ridiculous engine
  5. Attached the dyno video explaining the power curve and the engine...so we know the engine is real. It was built by Steve Morries in the US. Road and Track even checked it out.
  6. I randomly found this car by browsing around for cars I would never be able to afford...I know a lot of people are skeptical about it's power levels, however there are youtube videos of the engine being dyno'd. This is just a prototype, and it's ugly but regardless it's respect-worthy and badass. It's a 12.3 V16 Quad-turbo car that looks like a futuristic batmobile. Claiming 5,000 horsepower, 0-60 in 1.8 seconds, and a top speed of 350+ MPH. Devel says on their website that they're making a 1200 hp daily driveable version and a 3000 hp one as well. While I would never buy it (even if I could afford it), I'd love to build a model of it...Check out the pics:
  7. That's a pretty nice Camaro!
  8. That's a great looking car. Definitely accomplished your goal.
  9. That's a neat little car. Well done.
  10. She's a beaut, Nick!
  11. That's an awesome idea. Well done.

I love the weathering you did. Very nice.
  13. Oh god I thought this was my thread...sorry for the thread jack. I deleted my post
  14. I withdraw my previous statement as your bodywork turned out AMAZING!!! Can't wait to see more.
  15. This thing is amazing. I keep getting more and more amazed by your creativity and execution. Can't wait to see this thing win at every show haha
  16. I'd like to join in with a Tamiya Mazda Miata... gonna be a Miata chassis, exoskeleton frame, V8...I'll post a pic ASAP of the starting "materials"
  17. That thing is a beast. I love it! Keep up the great work. Looks awesome so far.
  18. Ooooh she's pretty. Very nicely done.
  19. I wouldn't use it. Given my car says 93 octane or above, even if this new stuff came out to above 93 octane, I'd go with what the manufacturer built the car for not something new. Just my $.02
  20. Kenneth, Sorry to hear about your parents. Just be there for them and support them. I wish them a quick recovery and hope it'll all go well.
  21. I got a motorcycle or two I could do.
  22. Gregg - I'm a part of a couple car forums as well...and there, they do a "supporter" account...where anyone who wants to be a "supporter" pays $X amount of money and their signature will change to "MCM Supporter" (as an example) . We have tons of members, I'm sure it won't cover magazine costs but it could easily get you some extra money for MCM purposes. Just food for thought. PS: Glad to hear about your back. I haven't been around too long but I'm a veteran with bad back issues and severe nerve damage issues (among other things) so I can totally understand your situation. Keep on truckin' my friend.
  23. Thanks Brian!!! I really appreciate it. I'm currently working on rebuilding some things, including a dual car rack (Similar to Paul Walker's garage) so I can store 6-8 models in the back of the big side of the shop. I also wanna add more tools and benches, but we'll see how I can fit more stuff
  24. I love your collection. My favorite Subaru of all time!!
