  10. Working on a Lindberg 64 Dodge and someone really glued the windows in so what can I use to loosen the glue.
  11. If the new bodies are not that great I will restore the 70s version body that I have, was thinking about finding a new body but if the molds are not that great now I will fix what I have. I have two older bodies and will build the best one.
  12. Thanks for the info and off to the hobby shop to see what I can find.
  13. It took me all summer to change a engine in my 66 F100 where years ago I could have done it in a couple weeks so with the all day rain today it was time to work at the table, took on a new restoration project and still need to finish the 68 El Camino I started late last winter. I had been planning on attending a swapmeet today to look for parts I still need but I really did not want to get soaked in that cool rain and it rained too much to go to the junkyard too, fall is coming and I hate to see summer end but will be nice to start building again.
  14. Restoring a Lindberg 64 Dodge 2 door sedan and need to know the engine color for a big block that year.

  16. Would like to find the 413 from the 49 merc kit to use if it would fit under the stock hood,I do have the 361? that came with it.
  17. Picked up a built 64 Dodge today and just happened to have everything new but the body and wheels, now I will have to make the decision whether it becomes a grandma car with the slant six of a sleeper with a big block.
  18. I have enough parts to build another sedan but the projects in the garage will be demanding attention until it gets cold and not looking forward to that day but do want to start building again.
  19. The AMT Ford vans had a similar air cleaner
  20. I had some but not sure what kits they came from,I am thinking the mid 70s AMT F350 p/u had them.
  21. I really like it with the six,I used that same slant six and put one in a Little Red Express truck and made it look like abase model truck.
  22. I will try that when I build the Monogram version.
  23. If I can get the parts I will be building a 4 cylinder Monogram version.
  24. Its done enough for me and if I had a way to replate the grille I would have tried to take the V8 emblem off.
