I'm not sure who made it, but several years ago at NNL East I bought a small sheet of something similier to BMF that had a brushed finished to it. It was a little thicker than BMF but still worked well, not sure how would look on a roof though.

Yeah, It's a nice kit, I'm doinf my first one in that historic racing livery, then thinking black over white or pearl.

Not so sure it's a new tool, I noticed several other kits listed say "Neue Form" which would be New form or mold and this one didn't say that.

And we must remember, these are TEST shots, I'm sure there will be a great deal of QA done, tweaking after that, Instructions to be written, decals done more QA, and all this while many other projects are in the works. I've got plenty to keep me busy, It'll probably take me nine months to build the Olds, '62 Vette and Rat Roaster anyway! Carry on Revell!

Engine colors were just some bottle paints....couple differeent blacks and metallics, FloQuil mostly

I almost always build box stock, so I wanted to try something simple custom wise, tail lights seemd like some easy baby steps to take. Who knows, maybe next time I'll chop something or flare fender!

As many of have said, they're fun! I don't consider anything I do for fun or relaxing a serious endevour. I love the simpler kits, Snappers, curbsides Legos! . I admire and appreciate you guys who turn out cars that look like you shot a shrink ray at a 1:1 vehicle, but heck I'm having fun and thats what matters to me, and enjoyment and fun is what a hobby should bring to everyone (IMHO)

Saw a photo etch set for this kit on the bay, looked nice but cost more than the kit!
