  1. Still not feeling that car, especially after seeing it in person back in February.
  2. I'm not sure if that's the same shade of "Plum Crazy" as my Sister's '14 R/T Classic or not. One funny thing though it that the version of Plum Crazy that my Sister's car is painted is nearly dead on for Testor's Purple-Licious
  3. It's definitely a Ranger, but I'm not sure if you can get the Rally's in a 4.5"x5 bolt patter or if the "builder" would have swapped a whole GM rear axle in it just to fit the Rally wheels. Considering the rest of the work on that....thing, I can see the "builder" doing that.
  4. Well, so far I see Ford Ranger (which might be what it is), Nash and Chevy. Not sure on the quarters/bedsides, but I swear that roof is some sort truck hood.
  5. I really wasn't sure which it would be, there are only two forms of Webers that most of us would know anyway.
  6. Yup, we got in 14 of the snap kits at the HTU I work for on top of the two I ordered for myself..........at first I thought I had somehow accidentally special ordered all of them for myself, but it turns out we ordered a bunch of them for stock too. If anybody is curious, I opened one of mine and both the decal and the sticker sheets still had their flags.
  7. Saw this when I got home from work tonight, once I realized that giant and kinda XJ shaped box infront of the Challenger was my truck up on stands, it was obvious Dad decided to start a much, much needed rear axle brake job tonight. The best part though, all those factory installed and 17 year old parts didn't fight him like the newer parts on the front axle did last November!
  8. Your right (and it's a hardtop). I wonder how Hotweels went about getting licensing to use such an iconic car movie name and then put out the wrong model car?!? it seems like a whole lot of those were wrong, the Edsel, Milner's '32, the Rockford Files Firebird all come to mind.
  9. I'm finally almost done with my Vaterra Ascender K5 Blazer, all that's left is to strip the chrome off the diff covers and grill then detail paint the grill!
  10. Dad went to Napa and picked up a new starter and put it in while I was at work, sooooooooo...............The Jeep lives again!
  11. Yeah, that kinda clinches it, huh.
  12. I didn't think to line it up with the new fastbuild or the regular glue SRT kits from Revell.
  13. The A-Team van ones would be a pain, probably paint them red, then get an extra fine brush to brush on the black, then clear to your liking.
  14. Here's those pics I mentioned a couple days ago, almost forgot about them! Looks like the antenna on the roof might be the only issue with using the MPC decals or stickers.
  15. I'd strip them, shoot them in flat black, then either dry brush or Sharpie the aluminum parts.
  16. True, but at least you aren't paying $50 not to get that engine ;)
  17. Dad just told me the starter on my Jeep is dead, the solenoid won't engage. Luckily, it's no longer my daily at least!
  18. Looks like nice kit!
  19. The people trying to make that out to nearly be on par with a war crime.........I actually find myself agreeing with Father Phlaiger (sp?) here.
  20. Almost as ugly as this......Almost! Steve I'm digging that one, just needs that door handle shaved to clean it up some.
  21. That's what makes me think Meth.
  22. If we're lucky, somebody turns into a rolling lab and it accidentally blows up!
  23. Meth, it has to be the Meth..............
  24. What year Challenger? I'll have a Snap GL and a '10 R/T Classic kit at my immediate disposal after work tonight. Not sure of the exact year but one of the new ones, like this Ok, I'll check after dinner then.
