  1. We're may have to do hospice care with Mom, her Doctor doesn't there's much left he can do.
  2. I've seen the same on Airtex on the Cherokee forum I go on, they usually just say to bite the bullet and get a factory replacement Bosch from Chrysler.
  3. http://allparnews.com/index.php/2015/04/clear-3d-printed-axles-28451
  4. Nah, I was thinking an inch too high
  5. Usually, the only time I see that is at traffic lights. Now if it were the other way around........
  6. Trust me, it's been a couple weeks of hell. The last two nights, I didn't get home until 5am, luckily I have today off, didn't start until 3pm yesterday, and we just got things set up at work for 1 week of paid vacation, which I can use immediately if I need to!
  7. After a few weeks of medical scaryness that could have resulted in us losing her, Mom is back in the hospital and getting better!
  8. Forgot, also saw some sort of late model, mid-engine Ferrari too!
  9. Does this mean we'll be seeing you at the store sometime soon Harry?
  10. Yesterday, a bright red T-Bucket and a Caddy XLR. Today, a very.......friendly (the sheetmetal waved to everyone)......mid 60's Impala convertible.
  11. How old is the car that it is considered a wear item? I had replaced a few of those plastic gear strips in my Lebaron (over 10 y/o and 100k miles) one power window assembley in my Shadow (over 10 y/o and 100k on both old and possibly new parts), as well as a regulator assembly on my Jeep (also over 14 y/o and around 150k+ miles), so if that card isn't that old, how can that be acceptable?!
  12. I have a customer at work that asks about this kit (already have one on order for him too!), so I will let him know next time I see him. Should I guestimate mid-summer to mid-fall as to when we might get his?
  13. German build quality.
  14. Believe it or not, they still show that ad, right down to the 50's Caddys rotting in the mud!
  15. Are Dad and I seeing things, or does that look like a Chrysler Airflow? And this would be why........ http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_AA
  16. Here you go Charlie, they seem to ride better than the GY's it came with, but I also went from 225/50TR18 to 235/50ZR18, which has a bit more sidewall. The improvement in accelleration and cornering though is astounding! http://m.tirerack.com/tires/TireDetailsServlet?tireMake=BFGoodrich&tireModel=g-Force+COMP-2+A%2FS&partnum=255WR7GFC2AS&vehicleSearch=false&fromCompare1=yes
  17. For a minute there, I thought that was the car from the Victory Auto Wreckers ad! But that car is still far too solid to be it So, who else around here grew up watching this ad?
  18. It's still on the air, just never have the chance to watch it.
  19. That has not been a problem for me, knock on wood!
  20. Thing I've seen, especially at a hobby shop, but even places like the toy and grocery stores I've worked at, is that people like the guy in the comic would prefer dealing with a man over a woman, even seen other women doing it to female management or staff.
  21. Dang, another one?!
  22. I'm wondering how long it will be before I have to do that with my Jeep, that are more of a road going instead of more hard core off road tires.
  23. The guy who wants to talk to the MANager, just aggravates the living daylights out of me when I see or hear of that, especially to people I know.
