The AMT '58 Buick Convertible annual kit was the second car model I ever built. Bought right off the Rexall Drug store's shelf when first released (I'll let you guess what year that was! LOL). No BMF back then, and as a grade-school-age model builder, I wasn't yet into things like paint and trim anyway. I was into ~ guess what ~ gluing as many of the custom parts (louvers, fins, scoops, fender skirts, spotlights, mirrors, antennas, and continental kits) onto those revolutionary one-piece styrene bodies as possible.
Love it!
