    One person's opinion. I will. If not for SAE this place would NOT be here. SAE is the reason I got back into the hobby in 92. I will miss the mag considerably and the Forum was the first modeling forum I joined.

    Shipping costs are not calculated only by weight, but box size and how far its going. A box less than 12 inches in any dimension with the same weight as one with dimensions over 12 inches going to the same place will cost less.

    Got ya. But seeing a swastika on a model aircraft or tank or seeing whatever doesn't bother me, its part of history. Now when i see people invthe streets waving it, thats another thing. Sorry for misunderstanding you.

    Yes overall. I like i mentioned wrote 3 orv4 of them. Not a eady job. Especially when JH was editor.

    You should try writing a review. It's not as easy as it looks . They have fairly strict criteria for what they want in a review, you are under time constraints to build and send in the review. I did a few for them over a couple of years.

    Sad. SAE is what got me into the hobby back in june of 92. End of a era. I will sorely miss a magazine dedicated to auto modeling.
