Very nice and factory looking color. It looks like its ready for a Sunday cruise... Good job!

Very nice, l've never attempted a Lemans race car but they always intrigue me. Yours is exceptionally well built and detailed. Congrats!

Wow.... Congratulations on the completion of this fantastic model, and great subject. All the modifications and detail you fussed with is amazing, the under hood detailing especially the carb linkages and brake lines, the antenna, opening trunks and doors, latches, etc, and I bet there is close to an entire package of BMF on this one. Well done, thanks for sharing with us.

Oh man, that's a beauty. Great color choice, and well built. My goodness, those cars were BIG...

Very cool, l always wanted to build this model, now even more.....great job!
-
Oh, sorry to hear that. It was about six years ago when l had ordered the resin. Thank you for the update though.

Hello Dann, to be honest, l often use Keith Marks decals, l like his quality and accuracy. The thing is...having built this model back in '09, l'm trying to recall, but l think l did, because l remember ordering some '68 GTX decals for another project, at the same time.

Hey Gasser59, l found the resin caster for you.....Perrysresin.com.... $18.00 US for the 69 Road Runner 440 six pack conversion, gets you the hood, grill, wheels, bench seat. Good luck!

Thanks guys, glad you like it. l appreciate all your kind and entertaining comments. Keep on building...

Very nice, and super clean. Two thumbs up!

Now that's a well done photo...Ha ha, I love it, great idea. Beautiful Hudson too, very believable color.

I built this quite a while ago, this is my rendition of a '69 1/2, A-12 RR, made from the AMT '69 GTX , and a resin conversion kit which included the hood, wheels, bench seat, and I can't remember what else. It's painted in a period correct color (Honey Bronze) I believe it is, and I detailed it about as much as I dare under the hood. I hope you like it, thank you.

Oooooooo, that's a very nice Nova. Paint looks great as do all aspects of this model...Super clean build, well done. If it's not perfect, it's very close.

Thanks again everybody, just to answer your question dragcarz, no l did not alter the ride height, and l to was most impressed by how nicely the front end sits way down perfectly.....l was really impressed with this kit all the way around.
-
Holy......l'm speechless, you have amazing ideas, and scratch building skills. This is really neat and totally different...have you any idea how many hours you have in this model. She's a beauty.

Ohh ya, cant wait to this pup..... Cool color!

Wow, thats a sweety. She looks like a real car. Very nicely built.

Very cool, clean tight build...and also my favorite color. Nicely done!

Thank you, fellow modellers, l love the comments. Yes ( Futureattraction) you are correct sir, l almost always strip the chrome parts off my models, and then use the Alclad system with either chrome or polished aluminum to obtain (in my opinion) a more believable look. I was pleased with the turn out of the wheels, on this model, but as you probably know, it doesn't always work out perfectly....there is a fine line to be walked, when trying to achieve a chrome look for sure. Good eye, thanks for the nice comments.

This is the old original issue of this kit, which was a real nice kit, l have to admit l was impressed with the fit. Only problem l had was the old decals....brutal, couldn't make them work. So luckily, l had two of these kits in my stash, and the second one was still sealed so l was forced to rob the decals from it. Still not the best! I painted the stripes rather than using the kit decals so l could ensure everything matched nicely color wise.

Thanks again everybody, I appreciate your great vibes... Hey V8 Trucker, I'm sorry I don't have any good pics of the front end but here's one of the kit, which shows the front.
