  1. Way to go. Really a trim tight look on that rail.
  2. Looking exotic Alien! Only Lamborghini can create something like this. Was not aware of this kit. Hope to see one built. Cool.
  3. OK, thanks. True, the 427 was very rare.
  4. Just super. Beautiful big Ford fastback. I was 13 when they came out. Do the emblems on your model say 390 or 427?
  5. Did not know about that kit. Super good looking. The Beast.
  6. Super good looking. The Beast.
  7. Great find! I would think that due to the age of the plastic, there might be some fragile and brittle areas. Maybe use caution.
  8. Congrats on the save. Imo one of the best looking MOPARS.
  9. Good going. Liking the killer air cleaner and perfect air cleaner decal. Orange is IMO one of the best colors for this car.
  10. Head of the class straight A !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  11. Home Run everywhere on this model car. Way to go.
  12. Yours looks so good that I bought one last night at HL. The left rear corner piece is very wrong and mishaped. Saved my receipt and will return to HL. Fun, good looking kit.
  13. Fantastic engine!
  14. I think that the white paint adds contrast and realism. In the past I would get old unbuilt kits and try different types of white; Flat, Semi Gloss and Gloss. I think I had the best result with semi gloss.
  15. Red and fast and a big 421 engine!
  16. Nailed it. The raked back windshield is killer.
  17. In 1964 I was 13 and pumped that my parents bought a new 1964 Grand Prix. The engine, a 389 4 bbl, is essentially the same as the 64 Bonneville. The "Robins Egg Blue" that I see in this thread is correct. The air cleaner will be a semi gloss black and it will have one "snorkel" that should be positioned not straight ahead but at an angle facing the passenger side of the car. Hope this helps. Loving your build project.
  18. One of my favorite cars. Super! Checking out the side draft carbs. Had carbs just like that on my 1:1 1974 Alfa Romeo GTV.
  19. It's a first! Cool
  20. First of these Airfix I've seen built. Good looking.
  21. Wow! So many perfect details. Way to go.
  22. This is over the top crazy and I love it! Fun to see. Thanks for posting. No one has done this.
  23. Looking like a very quick Gasser. Great looking interior work. Fun to see a purple paint job.
