All trucks now are ugly, over complicated and to expensive in my opinion. That truck will probably end up being close to $100,000 Canadian where I just got this truck for $1,700 and it looks better, biult better and if it is taking care of it will last just as long.

Ok here is another question. Can I run duall rear tires? I have read through the rules and can’t find anything saying I can’t do this but just to be sure I will see what you guys think.

Would it be ok to run just two roof rack rails like this?

Here is my current project it is a revell Sox and Martin cuda that has been whethered and made to look like it has been siting forever ( The way I would want to find it) Thanks to the guys who helped me with the frame pictures and stuff. I haven’t started that part yet but I will hopefully start on the frame tomorrow. This is only my second attempt at whethering a model so if there is any thing you think I could do to improve it let me know and I will see way I can do. There is still a few things that I have to do to the motor but it is close to being done. I know the valve terrain isn’t the most aureate but it was the best I could do with what I have. Where did you get the crew cab dodge swept line from and do you have any more pictures of it?

Here is my current wip it is a revell 1970 Sox and Martin HEMI cuda. The fence is biult out of popsicle sticks, the body and engine are painted and whethered but almost everything else still needs to be built. Here is the first mock up. Here is how it currently looks mocked up. I am still looking for little nicknacks and other stuff for in the diorama with it. If anyone has ideas or pictures of similar dioramas I would love to see them. Comments welcome.

Thanks guys this gives me a general idea of the colours they used. I have another question though. After looking at different pictures on google I have noticed that there are some pics with chrome bumper and some with red bumpers and the tail light areas are different colours. Do any of you guys know what is correct? New restored version has red bumpers Chrome front bumper red front and rear bumper Chrome front and rear bumper and white tail light area. Chrome front and red rear with red tail light area Two different ones one with chrome and one red rear bumper with red tail light area

Awesome!!!!!! I have been wanting them to release the dodge trucks for a while now. I hope it is a long box but I will be happy no matter what. From my knowledge of dodge trucks D100 only means 2wd 1/2 ton they could be short box, long box or stepside.

After doing some some more research on the vehicles that are in this event I found these pictures of a C10 Chevy that has a Peking to Paris rally plate on it. But from the rules that I have read I thought picup trucks were not allowed. Dose anyone have an explanation of why it was allowed to race?

I have ran into a bit of a problem. Since I am running my two front spares of the roof rack I decided to put the rear spares in the back of the car but after building the first tire mount I have realized that I would not be able to get the tire out with the glass in. So I was wondering if it would be against the rules to make the rear glass open on a hinge so it would act as a hatch back.

Here is my first update. I have biult the 289 mostly box stock with the exception of Shelby headers, carb and oil breathes on the valve covers from an old nascar, the rear suspension and axle are from a moebius 65 comet, the roof rack is scratch biult and I have biult skid plates for the fuel tank, drive shaft and a front bumper.
