Here's my 1976 dodge Monaco with a fully wired 426 HEMI backed up by a 4sped trans and a Dana 60 with 4 link suspension, Big tires and rims from a ford bronco, gauge cluster from a modern car, red button on the shifter for a an extra lilt boost and some other goodies. so remember on December second to vote for me and I will make model car building great aging.

This is my dodge Monaco I built for the cannonball run. its got a fully wired 426 HEMI with a 4spd trans, it's siting on a 69 plymoth GTX frame with lifted 4 link rear supention, custom front supention, biger tires, roof rack with spare tire and a gauge cluster from a late model car. so this December remember to vote for me and I will make model car building great aging.

Here's mine. Fixed the paint and put it together. Not shure if I'm going to use theses pic but team Monaco will be at the starting line.

Not looking good for team Monaco. I just pulled the tape of from trying to fix the paint and just made a biger mess. I was thinking since some people are in different time zones dose that mean the end time will be different for the different time zones?

Paint is almost done being fixed, frame and engie are done almost ready for final assembly. Good luck to everyone and I hope we will see each other at the starting line.

I know what you mean I was the one who created the thread and never even knew it was 1/20 scale and I have no idea why they make them in that scale as it is so close to 1/24 scale wich is a lot more popular.

Thanks guys you saved my bacon big time. I never even seen that it was a 1/20 scale. i have never built a 1/20 scale and don't know why they would even make a 1/20 scale?

The Monty Carlo is almost done and I'm not to happy with it so I decided to bring back the Monaco I just need fix the paint and then it's time for the final assembly.

Only thing worse than a gremlin is a 1/20 scale gremlin. And what is the "GRABBER" for on the box. Of its the hood scoop it looks more like a garbage can lid. Definitely wouldn't buy it.

Thanks everyone for the help and I am going to order some stuff soon. I am a Mopar freak and the hellcat engine is #1 on my list as I have about 3 projects I could use it in along with the 528 HEMI.

Found theses well surfing the web they look like cool boxes. Shure would be cool t see how the Mack looks when it's done.

My favourite box arts are Mpc double flip ford (it was the first model I ever got due to the way the box looked) revell HOT ROD 69 mustang supere CJ ( one of my dad's old models and was another reason I fell in love with the hobby) revell/monogram 50 ford custom picup (it was one of my dad's old kit and I love the way the box looks) Revell of Germany Australia kenworth t900 amt Indy drag combo amt ratpacker nova there are more I like but I can't remember as Thea's are just ones I can remember of the top of my head.

ok good to know. I'm mainly interested in the hellcat engine as I have lots of ideas that I could use that motor for. only down side is it sound like it takes a lot of time to get it cast and shipped.

Don't know if anyone has pointed this out but the amt firestone ford 4x4 is a f150 due to the coil spring front suspension like on the broncos and f150 the f250-f350 had leaf spring front suspetion and the firestone kit has 5 bolt patern that was only on the f150 and broncos and f250-f350 has 8 bolt. Ford f250-f350 had leaf springs up until 2004 then they changed to coil springs.
