This is what I think of the kit.

This is a project that I am working on for the 2018 cannonball run (inline engine only) and I just want to biuld something different so I decided to put a 6 cylinder engine in a cobra (I don’t think any one has done that) with a turbo. All I’ve done so far is biuld the exhaust manifold and mock the engine up and surprisingly the motor mounts lined up perfect. Still unsure on colour. let me know what you guys think.

Looks good. How many supercharged do you have on it? Do you have any pics of the engine?

Here’s an update for me on the peterbiult. I got the intake built and shortened the frame. I was also playing around with the skyline and built a exhaust manifold and turbo setup. I made the BIGGEST mistake I could though today......... just for fun I mocked up a V8 in it and now I might want to biuld it with a V8. So I mock up a Shelby cobra with the skyline motor and I don’t minde it so I will do some thinking and if it’s ok I might change.

My grandpa bought a Canadian army 64D400 that was converted into a grain truck it has a 225 slant six and a 4spd. The truck bent pushrods like crazy and I turned out that someone put paint in the fuel tank after it was cleaned out it ran like a dream. It was the truck I learned to drive a standard on so I would like to biuld a replica of it one day.

Up in the great while north (BC Canada) all through December it was above 0 for us and now for the past 3 days it’s been -30. It is very strange wether this year. I don’t believe in global warming. The weter just dose what it wants when it wants.

Looks good. Yellow looks nice on these cars. I built one of Thea’s but went a total different direction.

The amt 1970 Monteny Carlo. It’s got a 454 and an automatic trans. -

I prefer farm auctions. There is better deals and they will give a 16 year old(me) a bidders card.... I don’t think they would do that a mecum.

I am trying to follow along but I still don’t understand what is going on with revell are they directly tied to Hobbico and shutting down to? -

Got some work done on it. I shortened the frame, mocked up the fuel tanks, built the intake and decided to run the sleeper. what is the little tank on the drivers side that I have circled? let me know what you think.

Nice truck. I can’t help but notice the gap in between the cab and box, was it a cab and chassis originally? What motor is in it?

Revell 1967 Camaro tires are to small.

It is the revell 359 peterbiult and aside form the 3 turbos it is the kit engine. I have shortened the frame and added a different back half because I messed up the original rear suspension, added extra fuel tanks, triple turboed it and cut the sleeper of. The reason I have 3 turbos, extra1/2 of a frame and extra fuel tanks is because I have of 3 Thea’s kits, 2 of them I took parts from for other projects and one was in opened.
