  2. Yes they are, they’re pretty ordinary.
  3. Got this one from my Uncle. It needs help. The wheels look so tiny on it.
  4. Yes, yes they are lol, my uncle loves trucks and my Grandad ‘assembled’ these for him as he is not physically able to do it himself. Hope to gift one of them back to him if I can improve it any. Will post updates in the appropriate thread when I get started.
  5. Does anyone know where I can get Purple Power in Australia? I tried brake fluid on a much smaller project once, but that stuff looks like it does a better job.
  6. Well I picked the Rigs up today, and while the personal nostalgia overflowed, the reality of the task at hand has tempered the excitement. He insisted it’s model glue, but hooley dooley, it’s a mess. Wish me luck Brothers & Sisters.
  7. Lovely, looks great
  8. You’ve done a great job with the Airfix kit, compared to the Gunze Sprite, I know you’ve worked twice as hard to get this awesome result.
  9. Thank you iamsuperdan & Force for the kind offer and awesome links, and thanks everyone else for your interest. So are these the earlier issues then? I can post some better pics on Saturday when I pick them up if y’all like.
  10. Thanks for your help guys, thanks for your knowledge and detailed answer Jim B. Well I’ll try to do them some justice DrKerry.
  11. Hi guys / gals, my uncle is downsizing and is giving me these two rigs from his youth. I’m 99% sure one is a Movin’ On Kenworth, and I figure the cab over is a Kenny too, can anyone identify the brand so I can hunt down some instructions to guide my >attempted< rebuild? I know they’re rough but I’m gonna try. Thanks in advance!
  12. Looks great, thanks for sharing your technique on the headlights, will definitely be trying it.
  13. Please do, I’d love to see how it goes, I’ve got one lined up and I’d love to fix it so it looks right.
  14. You probably found this in your searches, but thought it may be of interest to you. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/the-parts-box-1412-holden-hq-monaro-gts-2-door-curbside-kit--953840# I live for the day I can get a kit of a Valiant Charger.

  21. Hi. Tried to make an Australian Ford Falcon Ute from the AMT Ranchero and to try some weathering techniques I’ve seen on here and the YouTubes. Queensland plates of course . Curbside only .
