  13. Hey everybody, here's my version of the Revell '32 Ford 5 Window Coupe. The paint is Tamiya X-32 Titanium Silver thinned and airbrushed. I used Lazy Modeller flame masks, and airbrushed them in Createx Pearl Blue and Delta Ceramcoat Navy Metallic. I cleared with Createx UVLS 4053 High Gloss, and gave it the wet-sand, polish, and wax treatment. The interior is body color and Folkart Blue Sapphire with embossing powder painted in Apple Barrel Admiral Blue for the carpet. I also used the Admiral Blue for the roof top. I painted the kit wheels with Anita's Galvanized Tin and sprayed a couple of coats of Creratex Matte Clear on them, while the Iceman Collections BF Goodrich Street Meat tires ( 15x8 front, 15x10 rear ) were painted with Stynylrez black primer and cleared with Createx Satin Clear. I added plug wires and a machined aluminum coil from Off The Sprue to the kit engine, and cut a couple of pieces of 1/8" aluminum tubing for the exhaust tips. This was a nice, fun kit to build and I'm super happy with how it turned out. You can see a couple of progress videos on my YouTube channel, Stumpy Grump's Scale Speed Shop. As always, thanks for looking!! Oh, and the last pic is with my Revell '29 Ford Roadster.
  14. Looks good, nice paint!
  15. Great looking paint job! Very well done!
  16. I wet-sanded the body with 6000, 8000, and 12000 grit polishing pads and followed that with some Novus #2 polish. After that was a coat of Meguiar's Cleaner Wax. I'm really liking how this one looks and should have it finished up in a day or two.
  17. Very nicely done! I always thought those were cool cars and really wanted one, but never really got the chance to own one.
  18. I painted and cleared the Iceman Collections BF Goodrich Radial T/A's, and got the kit wheels painted and detailed. I also finished the interior and the suspension, so it's now a rolling chassis. I also masked and painted/cleared the soft top portion of the roof.
  19. Very nicely done!
  20. Well done! Looks great in that Blue! I'm diggin' the side pipes too!
  21. That looks fantastic! The details are incredible!
