  6. I love using Createx paints. There is a bit of a learning curve to get the right consistency for your particular airbrush, but once you're there it flows and dries very nicely. I do recommend using their products for mixing and thinning for better results, at least at first. Lots of great info on their website. As the others have said, definitely use a primer underneath. Using different base colors (metallic silver, metallic gray, and metallic black) will also slightly change the hue of the pearls and metallics. The Viper is a mix of Pearl Lime and Pearl Green, the others are straight colors.

  21. Thanks Tim! I love the Createx paints! There's a bit of a learning curve, but well worth the practice to get used to. They mix well within their own category. Opaque's mix with opaque's and pearls, pearls with pearls, and such. Not sure I would mix a Wicked color with an Illustration or Airbrush color, but then again that is what testing and experimenting is all about, eh??.
