  1. Gotta agree 100% with Casey...a small drop when wetsanding really prevents the pads from loading up with crud.
  2. Call Golden Bell Press 303/296/1600 Back Issues are $6.50 ea inc postage the insert in the mag shows which issues are available
  3. I will agree that a sharp razor saw will work the best I will suggest a fine tooth Zona brand blade be used...without the handle! Mr Metallic(Craig Stansfield) gave this tip to me. I love it...sharp and sure, short strokes and it will follow almost any line with ease. My current 32 build was a major(7") chop..smooth cuts ...very little fitting to do
  4. Gotta agree.... Great article......I thought his name is Howard, not Bill...
  5. Use magnesium metalizer....overthinned and back up a bit and then a shot of dullcoat over it
  6. Who's sleepin????.....Bring it on!!
  7. Not mine but Fooses...I think you can pull it off Rob!!
  8. I use a 3 lb coffee can filled with newspapers. Drill 2each 1/2 " holes in the side , Spray in one hole the other acts as a vent. Thinner stays in the paper...dispose of paper in a metal can. Now send me $15.00 and spend the rest on yourself!!
  9. Totally over the top...love the cuts!!!IMHO move the front wheelwells forward....it will look longer and lower!!!! Foose did it on this one.... Here use this!!!!
  10. A 33 willys with a blown SOHC .......I know I'm dead...Cause I'm in Heaven!!!!

  17. Look up Zoom Zooms latest...simple, clean.......WOW!!!!!
  18. Youll get hooked Nick!!
  19. I think Charlie hit it....your too far away, I rarely thin duplacolor and shoot it at 22psi..thining it more will just make it dry quicker
  20. Very nice....thought it was satin /suede until the third picture.....(diffuse or move your lights back) then the sweet shine!!!
  21. I felt that................... any underhood shots??
  22. You need to pick up Bob Downies airbrushing book and Donn Yosts DVD. Go thru both of them and you will become a much better painter. no matter who you like you must get a smooth base first. Custom or OOB you still gotta be smooth. primer or not...you have to find a system that will work for you. Lacquer , enamel, or acryllic....find what you like to work with all have advantages and disadvantages. Good luck !
  23. Comp Resin makes wrinkle wall slicks.....and I think Kris Morgan also does...
  24. Donn knows enamels and I defer to him. I shoot lacquers which have more bite than enamels. Donn thins with lacquer thinner... (Harry says now its lacquer ) and it bites well. If you are spraying enamels out of the can, you need to rough up the surface with some 600 grit paper so it will allow the enamel to stick better and then mist coats till your happy.....I like HOK Tangelo Pearl it really POPS!!!
  25. Real.......Harry your gettin too soft.....what a beauty though
