  1. Yep those are the top ones listed.....1998 on mine too. But look all the way down for the green and white ones....I think they were out in '95...... Where is Tim Boyd when you need the numbers???
  2. Came out in '98. I've bought some from this vendor(Bobs) and he ships out right a way...these are similar to the stevens/ AMT reissue last year...the 421 is a sweet motor!!
  3. Somewhere...........but not in Chicago!
  4. I will tell you that Tamiya acrylics do not mix well with Future AND Future is mainly used as a final gloss treatment. That said if your looking for blacks and greys in suede then get over to the primer shelf....you can mix n match suedes by finding different types...sandable, sealer, filler, hi build...Or google the Tamiya site and search it you will find a wealth of tips there on how to mix their products... I also use lots of dullcote....you do have to plan it out before assy....been there, done that
  5. Thats what its for.....seems to work well. As with mixing any paints do it drop by drop, then write it down for next time!
  6. And then Ziebart and Rusty Jones came in and then everything was black!!!

  17. Goose Bumps all over!!!!!!
  18. Great Kit.....gotta finish mine......
  19. Well it seems like forever since the last update.A lot of the boring things got done, file and sand....2 or 3 times at least then some time was spent on the motor. All I can say is that it is a thing of beauty!! I still need a little wash on the carbs to really bring out the details...but they still look great. My original thought was to wire and plumb this build, but then I would detract from the details molded in. Outside of the wheels, and rear trim this is almost an OOB. I'm now working on the dash , seats , and interior. Body still needs to be sanded cleared and polished before foiling.....
  20. This is fact, they also have the touch-ups in smaller sizes.........Hello HOK!
  21. Skip....your link drew a blank......... http://www.italianhorses.net/Tutorials/tutorials.htm

  23. Check them out...... http://www.ringbrothers.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=category.display&category_ID=74
  24. Make sure you use DOT3 ......4 and 5 will not remove much. I have used bleach for years as I maintain my swimming pool with it (10%) not 5% household and I just read ammonia can also be used (NOT TOGETHER!!!!!) I use it with Future so I will try it soon.
