  1. Oh man. That's very cool. Some serious imagination and impressive building skills. Terrific work.
  2. My only beef with it, is that it is unidentifiable as a Corvette. When the C7 came out, I new instantly that it was the new Corvette without ever seeing any photos of it. Because it looked like a Corvette. This one looks like an Acura or a Ferrari or something. But, I'm okay with it. It was never gonna sit in my driveway anyway.
  3. This one is a true anomaly and sticks out like a sore thumb in my collection. A box stock build up.
  4. That would begin and end with sending all people. Probably the only way we'll ever see peace on Earth.
  5. Very impressive sir!
  6. Okay, I'll be the bad guy. Why didn't you sand it smooth?
  7. AMT '53 Stude. I'm surprised they aren't used more widely myself.
  8. Out of curiousity, whats wrong with Reliable Resin? I don't order much resin.
  9. Very nice work. I did something similar.
  10. He really must. Either that or the car is parked in his driveway. Terrific work as always John.
  11. Yes. That is my understanding as well. I had the 34 coupe and it was not good for much.
  12. That looks like it's the Lil John Butteras kit. They are known for being out of scale, too small. Good luck.
  13. I agree, this was gull winged and flip nosed. The roof has a squashed look that I don't care for, but everything else looks cool.
  14. Terrific model. Your work is excellent. I like the Aventador. This upgrade is not an improvement in my opinion. Lamborghini took the Buck Rogers theme too far I think.
  15. I quite agree. I think this looks like a mid-engined desgn to me. It works very well.
  16. I finally have some progress to show. The roof rack held me up for a while, this is the third one I've designed and built, and I finally think this one looks vintage enough to belong on the racer. The other part is the behind the seats stowage. Working on the spare tire now. I'm having trouble drilling the lug nuts.
  17. Great project. Seems to me that the skirts may have been left, so that the stock body mounts could continue to be used. I like the look, especially as it's still on the model A chassis and not a duece like most folks want. I'll be following.
  18. If I'm not mistaken Ror M was run years ago by our friend Harry, who sadly, has moved on to the great hobby room in the sky. He originally stopped the R or M because finding models good enough to pass for real or vice versa was a real time sink.
  19. How did you get the front end down? Does it come with a stock front suspension? I thought it was gasser parts only. Looking good though.
  20. I will be there. I've never been, having previously lived too far away. I'm really looking forward to it. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
  21. Did you contact any of the 3D companies that print through Shapeways?
  22. Years ago I put an AMT 70 Superbee pro-street chassis under the MPC '67 Charger, with an absolute minimum of fuss.
  23. A range fan does not pull enough air (cfm) to be useful for a paint booth. I'm speaking from experience.
