  1. Beautifully done inside and out!?
  2. Thankfully you read the back of the can and did a test spray before using it on a good kit part!?
  3. Lotsa nice fine work! It looks great so far Andreas!?
  4. Me thinks it’s going to be a long winter.
  5. Lots of nice upgrades you’re doing there Bob.?
  6. They were available in 305, 351, 401 and 478 cubic-inch displacements and even ganged together to make a V-12.?
  7. It sure is a heavy beast! I dug this pic up off the net of one sitting next to a chevy small block.? The plaid valve covers were a factory thing apparently.
  8. Wow, some fantastic slicing and dicing going on here Phil!?
  9. I picked up a couple of these at the flea market. I decided not to build them since they are 1/24…but they have a lot of great parts including the frame and suspension parts. I’m looking forward to your build of this one Bob!?
  10. Looking great Ken!?
  11. Thanks Guys! I wasn’t thrilled with it when I peeled all the tape off. A little bland looking I thought. I think once I get the chrome engine and wheels installed it may spice it up a bit though.?
  12. I got some paint on it. Tamiya X-33 bronze and Testors Blazing Black.
  13. Evergreen makes .030” quarter round also. https://evergreenscalemodels.com/collections/14-35cm-white-opaque-polystyrene-half-round

  17. Ago to resource for modeling information is this forum site.
  18. I just made these ones. First I drilled a 1/16 hole clear through the block and added a steel rod that I will later replace with styrene. Then I drilled a hole in the end of some .100”x.156” evergreen and trimmed it to fit each side. A touch of glue and it’s mounted. I plan to drill and pin them through the side of the frame yet and file them to shape a bit.
  19. If it was me, I would try to add it back on. Easy to sand it back off if it gets messed up or doesn’t look right. JMO.
  20. That turned out beautifully Bob!?
  21. Sweet!? I need to get around to starting mine.
