  1. DNA research makes it a lot tougher to be a serial killer.
  2. Not technically model car work, but I replaced the original relief valve (40ish max) on my converted paint pressure tank that I use for casting resin parts with an adjustable one. It will now hold the 60psi needed.
  3. It’s pretty uniform, so tell everyone it’s tinted bedliner….I did my entire 1:1 Jeepster in it.?
  4. Did absolutely nothing model related today so far….
  5. Yes, thanks. I believe it to be a Muncie M-20 or M-21.
  6. They’re already here.? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uhND7Mvp3f4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azXBjyE9dOI
  7. Cool video on the GMC 302 six. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MRPg2yWxS0&t=192s
  8. Great detailing on the engine! The plug wires look right now.?
  9. Great info, thanks for that link Bill. Chevrolet only made two ohv straight sixes correct? The “stovebolt” from ‘29 to’37 with an updated version from ‘37 to ‘62. And then the newer, lighter 194/230/250/292 from ‘62 to ‘01. I would guess the engine in the AMT ‘60 Fleetside would be the same basic engine as the ‘51 BelAir then? The yellow GMC engine pictured above then is a totally different engine than either of the Chevrolet versions?
  10. Thanks. I have run across those sites. Some info on the cross flow heads, but no pics and not much info on the dual plug heads.? Oh well, it would be pretty tough to get 12 plug wires into that teeny distributor anyways.?
  11. Yeah, it doesn’t look like any extra spots for spark plugs on the head? The stock setup uses the generator as a tensioner, so I don’t see why it would be necessary?
  12. By the way…did you hear the one about the Rabbi and the Midget?
  13. Does this drag version represent any real world head/induction system? They also have a dual plug distributor (12 terminals)? Any info appreciated. Thanks, Greg. Edit….and what is part #85 supposed to be? Thx.
  14. I wanted to identify a manual transmission that I made a resin cast of a while back….so I googled “manual transmission identification”. This is what popped up first.?
  15. FREEBIRD was one of Lynryd Skynyrds biggest hits!
  16. Started me wondering what scrapple taste like and are they hard to catch?
  17. Movie would be nice, but I can’t afford the popcorn!
  18. “What we’re dealing with here is a complete lack of respect for the law”
  19. Oh God… that’s UGLY!? (JMO of course)? That’s more like it!?? I’m itching to see what you do with it Jim. Four inches sounds like a lot, but it does have a pretty tall roof so…? I have a ‘50 Ford so I’ll follow along. Good luck with her!?
  20. That definitely looks nicer than the Revell version!? I may attempt to copy your efforts James.
  21. Vittles such as Skittles aren’t very healthy.
  22. Well I don’t feel so bad now. I’ve never “lost” anything. All my missing parts have been stolen by Bench Gremlins or devoured by the Carpet Monster.?
  23. AARP, AARP sounds like something that might be said by a seal.
  24. Norm and Cliff were buddies on Cheers.
  25. She looks beautiful Jim!? Nice tip on the antenna too. That’s something that I tend to overlook.?
