2020 Corvette - Can it be 3D printed?
wrenchr replied to 7000in5th's topic in Car Aftermarket / Resin / 3D Printed
Sounds like a lot of money. I'd hold out for someone to produce one in plastic or resin first. -
Hobby Lobby Summer 19 clearance
wrenchr replied to Mr. Metallic's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
i noticed the kit selection getting smaller here in Michigan / Taylor location. Did not see and clearance though. Might be a hidden spot like others said. -

Looking very cool, where did the ardun speed parts come from? -
Got some time in today since I could not sleep, work nights. I seen this technique here on the forum, will not take credit. Valero paints using sponges. 1st time trying it and still have more work to do. I'm happy so far with the results. 1st model I have built that and is like all my 1:1 old cars I have had in my life....needs a paint job. The paint was still drying in these pics.

Hi Bill, Since you are making parts for the Moebius trucks think there is any interest for a bench vice to mount on the rear bumper of the service truck? A Wilton bullet vise would be cool. Would be cool to offer with your bumpers you are working on. I'd for sure want a few. Good for dioramas as well.

count me in as well.

1966 Ford 1 ton dually
wrenchr replied to bill lanfear's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
Those mirrors are very cool. I'm not 100% sure but I think the heavy duty trucks had dual hood latches. I'm not sure what level truck they came on. My 1:1 65's hood even has the revisions on the inside for them. I have seen them in person as well. -
Bought a lot of 36 Ford amt trophy series from eBay and this one is savable. Stripped the paint and glued the roof back on so far. Just going to try and rebuild it cleanly into a nice shelf piece. comments welcome.
