  1. Sweet!! I just got hold of a original MPC kit of that style front end to a decent price but man they are hard to find! Nice to see some one is casting them! I even made a inquiry to a person in Sweden if I could cast of my sealed kit. will be following!!
  2. Did not mean for this build it just came to my head.
  3. Sweet! Imagine the lotus 7 with a LT5
  4. If they can’t run it in 2022 At least we can in scale! So I also say that the run is on!
  5. I did some research and this came up on the official site. “The 2022 Peking to Paris Motor Challenge will now take place in 2023.”
  6. I need some opinions, I think i will change the subject, I was thinking of making this one to a resto mod build but the chassi is a bit hard to modify without replacing big parts of it. So I thought that this might be a good thing to do with it. Chevelle or ‘Cuda?
  7. Looks good! And looks like a good start! There are some quite easy visual improvements to make on that kit to make it look even better if you are interested.
  8. I would like to have number 36 if possible since i have decals for that.
  9. Will be joining with a 1987 BMW 635CSi. mocked up the stance
  10. Started to gather parts. A mix of AMT and Revell 67 Chevelle parts, rims from some old rocking ‘32 rod, PB tires that really works. Parts box single carb bb intake. Since both chevelles are pro street cars I stole the chassis from a parts ‘66 GTO, seems to work but need some mods, but at least it has its original coil spring rear end and front end. will see if I get the Feeling and if so it will be a quick build I guess;-)
  11. It’s a darn good looking engine! And those mods sounds great! I Promise it will be back, maby in a future 1/24 ‘70 Chevelle with turbos and a full resto mood theme. I did not like the bulky big block found in those kits any how, seems to be a Monogram upscale engine.
  12. Thanks allot! ? great to hear that more people like these ?
  13. That would look good. Will see how i get the exaust back there. thanks for the idea ? Thanks! You are on to some thing there! I would normaly turbo it but i am not in the mood for turbos, have to many other turbo projects So LS it is and i see if i manage to get som other super charger. I kind of like that type more than the intake based ones. Wow! Thanks for that coment! It warms the hart Thats also a nice option, might be possible will se the space in that region is worse than behind the rear axle, I will keep it in mind ?
  14. This seems ok and doable though ? and in 24/25 scale al extras are scratch built any how so I guess most things would fly as long as it does’t look like laser cut parts, modern seats, LED light bars and sow on ?
  15. It would be fun to join with one of the ‘67 Chevelle that I have stolen the chassis from for Pro street builds. Have a gto chassi I could use. But I would probably have a hard time with period correct every thing.
  16. Beautifull work!
  17. Nice build! These chargers are so good looking!
  18. Good that I was wrong ? looks good!
  19. Thanks! I will go with the LS because it feels like it has more aftermarket parts so in such a car it would make more sense than a LT5 which in many cases is like a unicorn ? ye that supercharger size is way capable!
  20. I found a tubular front kmember and aarms In my parts bin from an old C5R so that seems to solv some of my problems at the front end with clearance. And it seems plausible to have the ride height I want, as long as I manage to route the exhaust, side pipes are not an option ? The plausible ride height, a front runner of clearance under the frame rail:
  21. I might join in. I like the idea at least ? but will see if I feel up for it or if I get around to it ?
  22. Here you se a 1/18 “18 wheel with a fat tire made for the rear of a Mercedes CLK GTR ina 1/16 trans am. can’t remember which of the 1/16 tre fives that comes with some extra goodies for making it custom. Some one can probably give you pointers on that. There is also the Revell stepside pickup, called Baja which is 1/16 if you would like to make it a 4x4
  23. Looks great!
